We cannot allow any Syrian refugees into the United States; 98 out of every 100 may be nice people, but we already know for a fact that many Muslims from war zones are not so nice. Ask the people of France. I propose turning Hawaii into a modern day Ellis Island. Send all the Syrian refugees to Hawaii - every single one of them. Hawaii is Obama’s home turf. He claims it as his place of birth. He went to school there. He is planning to retire there after his presidency. Hawaiians are his people. They vote almost exclusively Democrat. They love and adore Obama and his ultra-liberal policies. So this is the perfect test case. Let’s send every Syrian and Middle East refugee to Hawaii. It can be the new Ellis Island. If Democrats love diversity so much, let’s see what the loyal Democrats of Hawaii think about this idea. [more...]

Colbert’s One-Sided Comedy Puts CBS in a Late-Night Ratings Rut
By James Hirsen
At the launch of “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” thanks to the hype, promotion, and curiosity that led up to its debut, the show experienced a late-night honeymoon of sorts, which arguably may have artificially boosted the show’s ratings. However, the show’s ratings recently fell to a level that the CBS network most likely did not anticipate. While Letterman boasted a long track record of being number two in the late-night ratings, Colbert’s offering has descended to third place behind ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel. [more...]

Is the GOP Race Down to 2 Candidates – Trump and Cruz?
By Dr. Gerard Lameiro
For the last few weeks, the Republican presidential race has been effectively narrowed down to four candidates: Donald Trump, Ben Carson, Marco Rubio, and Ted Cruz. With the terrible Paris attacks and the candidates’ reaction to those attacks, the polls have moved dramatically. Trump has solidified his significant lead and the #1 spot. Carson’s support has dropped precipitously in some places. Rubio and Cruz have moved upwards. But, even more importantly, we might now be able to predict who the final two candidates will probably be. Of course, in a dynamic race, with global events taking place all around us, things could change quickly. Who are the most likely top 2 candidates and why? [Go here for a complete analysis...]
Finding Your WHY with REI
By Michelle Seiler-Tucker
In my book, I talk about finding your WHY - the thing about which you are most passionate, why you do what you do, and, in the context of owning a business, WHY you own that business. The best example from the small number of businesses taking a stance against commercialized holidays is REI. The outdoors store prides itself on equipping its customers for whatever outdoor activity they choose. REI is not a traditionally organized company; they are a co-op, meaning REI is owned by its members. Essentially, these are customers who pay a $20 lifetime fee to gain ownership of the company. So, when this holiday season began heating up in October, instead of announcing big Black Friday sales or in-store promotions, REI will shut its doors, and instead, pay every employee to go do what they love – be outside. Is this plan financial suicide? [more...]
Does Brand Identity Play a Role in Online Dating?

Most people new to online dating craft an online profile that is based on a personal brand identity catered to an image that produces a result, rather than authentic rapport. They essentially write what they hope the dater will want to hear. This can include but is not limited to lying about age, weight, income, interests and height and claiming that decade-old photos are recent. Braces for Trials by Fire

We
remember news images of the Baltimore riots in April 2015: Police retreating
from a mob that was hurling stones at them; a city councilman chatting with
reporters while only feet away a mob of looters was robbing a liquor store; a
CVS Pharmacy erupting in smoke and flame, one of 27 such stores that gangs
raided for drugs while the riots hamstrung police. Those riots – which injured
200 police, damaged 350 businesses, and set fire to 150 vehicles and 60
structures – were sparked by allegations that six Baltimore police officers had
caused fatal spinal injuries to Freddie Gray, a small-time drug dealer in this
city where nearly one resident in 10 uses heroin. On November 30, the first of
these police officers goes on trial, with the rest to follow. [more...]
Lessons

Shortly
after Bill Clinton was elected president, I met two women at a party who had
been college school chums of then Hillary Rodham. They were keen to tell me how
even then, Clinton’s friends would say, “She will be the first woman president
someday.” Her brand was solidly in place even at University, and she has not
stopped since. In a post-debate CNN focus group, when asked which candidate
they thought had the experience to deal with the current security issues facing
the U.S., all hands went up for Clinton. Love her or hate her, Mrs. Clinton has
built her personal brand consistently — for decades. Through thick and thin, up
and down, she has kept her attention on her goal, pivoted where necessary and
kept her personal branding in alignment. [more...]
Were the Paris Attacks a Botched Assassination
Attempt?
By
Dr.
Gerard Lameiro
It
has been suggested that the attacks in Paris were not just a terrorist attack
against helpless citizens, but a coordinated attack meant to assassinate French
President Hollande. All together there were about six locations for the
attacks that took place in about a 30-minute period. It’s possible some
of these attacks were meant to be distractions and diversions to potentially
throw President Hollande’s security force off guard. Remember that
President Hollande was in attendance at Stade de France, the first location to
be hit. Were these attacks a botched assassination attempt? Has
ISIS changed its strategy? Is ISIS growing more powerful? Will
Obama change America’s strategy toward ISIS? What would the Republican
candidates do differently, if elected president? [Go here for a complete analysis...]
France
at War
By Michelle Seiler-Tucker
France
has stepped up its battle against terrorism with the raids and arrests of some
of the terrorists last night. War is tragic, but the world must do something
against ISIS and its affiliates. Our current pace in the East is not enough to
put down this radical terrorist group. The attack in France, plus the recent
attacks in Beirut and Kenya, which each took well over a hundred lives, may be
enough to push the West into taking more decisive action. I am not advocating
violence, but we need to change, and sadly, that change and that peace may come
at the price of war. [more...]

President
Obama gives a whole new meaning to “altered reality.” The French President
called it the first year President Obama was in office. After they met, he
alluded to the fact that Mr. Obama may have some real character flaws. His
actions protecting America (or not) throughout his terms in office have proved
his grasp on reality is almost nonexistent. Mr. Obama is not interested in
protecting Americans. His daily actions prove it. Let’s just deal with the recent events, with the
understanding that they are not so recent. Remember these bombings, these
killings, are planned out; it takes time. This wasn’t a sleeper cell or a rogue
group. This was a coordinated, planned attack. [more...]

How
do our leaders think that bringing thousands of Syrian refugees into the U.S.
could be of any benefit to our country? It will create homeland
security, economic and safety issues. When will we take care of our

even take care of our own helpless, homeless and the poor? These
Americans currently struggling in the streets of our cities need our help
in so many ways. Our social infrastructure is at a breaking point now. Go to
any emergency room and see how long your wait is to see a doctor. Our leaders
seem to care less about what we want and need. How could our leaders have such
a lack of caring for American citizens and our issues? [more...]

Islamic State Terrorist
Attack Proves Donald Trump was Right About Border and Immigration
By Wayne Allyn Root
Donald
Trump’s instincts about immigration and the border were 100 percent on the
money. With the terrible Islamic State terrorist attack in Paris, immigration
and our open border with Mexico just became the number one issue in America.
All the presidential candidates are now playing on Trump’s home turf; he is in
command of the most important issue in America. Will Trump ever get the chance
to deport 12 to 15 million illegal aliens? Maybe not. But he understands this
is all a negotiation. Just the threat of deporting millions of illegal aliens
puts Trump in the driver’s seat to get what he really wants. [more...]

France’s

Last
month, French President Francois Hollande ridiculed the idea that the massive
numbers of Muslim migrants entering his country were any kind of threat. “Those
who argue that we are being invaded are manipulators and falsifiers, who do
this only for political reasons, to scare,” the left-wing politician huffed. And
then he had to be rapidly evacuated from France’s national soccer stadium after
one of those refugees blew himself up trying to reach Monsieur le President,
and Merkel’s Foreign Minister, Frank-Walter Steinmeier. Minister
Steinmeier had urged rejecting “barriers, fences” when it came to the Muslim
migrants, but it was a barrier and the security in front of it that kept one of
his beloved refugees from reaching him. [more...]

Lessons
from the Republican Presidential Debates
By Karen Leland
Watching
the Republican presidential debate, I took note of how the candidates’ personal
brands played out. While Donald Trump may be the current Republican frontrunner,
a recent likability poll from McClatchy-Marist reported that 49% of Republicans
said that the more they hear Trump, the less they like him. By contrast, in
that same poll, 58% of Republicans surveyed said the more they hear Marco
Rubio, the more they like him. The lesson here? A personal brand is not made
(or broken) by one meeting, one interview, one action or one debate. If the
presidential candidates don’t know that already, they’re about to find out. [more...]
U.S.
Economy Finally on Solid Ground
By Michelle Seiler-Tucker
Friday
was a good day for the U.S. dollar. Jumping to a seven month high, the
greenback enjoyed a notable increase in value thanks to new job data. The job
report indicated unemployment is now at 5%, the lowest economically viable
rate. The U.S. has not seen such data since April of 2008, suggesting America
is finally finding solid ground. For much of the year now, monetary policy
conversation has swirled around a possible interest rate hike by the Fed. No
one is certain of a rate increase in December, but the futures market indicates
a 75% chance, while financial experts range from skeptical to near certain. I
wrote earlier in the year that America should wait on the Fed rate, and the
country was not yet on sure footing. New job data, especially in the face of
global economic conditions, suggest we might finally be back on track. [more...]
Republican
Presidential Candidates vs. Mainstream Media
By
Dr.
Gerard Lameiro
Last
night’s debates on FBN came in sharp contrast to the CNBC debates in that the
moderators merely moderated and didn’t
allow an intrusive agenda to detract from the real issues. A recent Politico article about Ben Carson opened
up the issue again, which Carson more than addressed last night. CNN’s
attacks on Carson, the Republican presidential debate hosted by CNBC
and their relentless attack questions fueled the issue. The
reality is that the mainstream media makes no pretense of being objective
journalists anymore; they are obvious partisans with a definite agenda who
shamelessly attack the Republican presidential candidates. Of course,
progressive and socialist candidates essentially get a free ride with softball
questions. [Go here for a complete analysis...]
California
Tops the List With the 20 Worst Small Cities Nationwide
By Joe Messina

Governor
Jerry Brown doesn’t seem to be
the least bit concerned by the 9,000 companies who have left California
over the last 7 years; so there’s little wonder as to why California tops the
list of least desirable cities. But it isn’t just ONE city. California
has the 20 worst small cities. With jobs leaving the state in droves, and
a legislature more concerned with a tiny, insignificant fish than making sure
that citizens have access to water, granting illegal immigrants sanctuary and
benefits that citizens don’t get, it’s no wonder that businesses (and people)
are leaving. [more...]

Disrespects Veterans Day with Fight for Fifteen Protests
By

Ironically
or not, one day before Veterans Day, the SEIU continued its hypocritical “Fight
for Fifteen” with protests in 270 cities across the country. It appears these
protests were being held the day before Veterans Day most likely to gain
exposure for the SEIU’s and the President’s agenda to divide America. It will
be interesting to see President Obama’s comments about “Fight for Fifteen’
versus honoring our veterans. In truth, the “Fight for Fifteen” demonstrations
are all about perception and not about honesty and reality. This is no more
than another opportunity to prey upon the naivete of Americans. It is evident
the big labor bosses and the President really do not care about America or the
people they are pretending to help, but only about their own
socialistic/communistic agenda at the expense of our great veterans. [more...]

The
media has decided to investigate Dr. Ben Carson’s claims about getting a
scholarship offer from West Point. They say Dr. Carson made a “false claim.” Did he?
Politicians exaggerate or remember things in the past to their benefit
all the time. This could be a case of taking a little too much credit for
something that may or may not have ever happened. But Ben’s claim - false or
not - didn’t cost me or any other taxpayer a dime. The same can’t be said of
some of Obama’s whoppers. After all, Obama’s lies about Obamacare cost many of
us thousands of dollars, even tens of thousands in higher premiums and medical
costs. [more...]

The Great Pretender Wants Control
By
Dave
Bego
President Obama, the Great Pretender, and his leftist
supporters including Big Labor, have many things in common that should frighten
all Americans:
Recent events by both the President and Big Labor exhibit
striking parallels in the quest for control! They have the mindset of a
dictator — they crave power! They have no respect for the law or our
Constitution and will do whatever they feel necessary whether legally or
morally acceptable to achieve their mutual goal of Total Control! [more...]

Carson
Ahead of Trump?
In
the NBC/Wall Street Journal poll today,
Carson has moved ahead of Trump 29% – 23%. That’s the second of three major
national polls that show Carson has become the frontrunner in the race for
Republican presidential nomination. Is this a major polling change or a
temporary post-debate bump? Will Trump drop out rather than be #2? [Go here for a complete analysis...]
Obama - The Greatest Enemy to Press Freedom in a Generation
The
Jackass-in-Chief decided to jump into the controversy over CNBC with another
snide remark. Obama suggested the
Republican candidates "can't handle a bunch of CNBC moderators."
He certainly knows how to handle reporters, even though the vast majority of
them just repeat back his talking points. Looks like he has something in common
with Putin after all. [more...]
Hillary's
Private E-mail Address in Ben Affleck’s Hands
By
James
Hirsen
Since
the FBI seized Hillary Clinton’s server back in August 2015, the number of her
e-mails that contain classified content has repeatedly risen. As of this
writing, 671 e-mails, which the former Secretary of State either transmitted or
received using her private server, contained classified material, according to
the State Department. It has now become apparent that if the security protocols
for Hillary’s private server were inadequate, Russia, China, and/or other
nations or groups seeking to compromise the server could have obtained critical
data. To the likely chagrin of Hollywood producer-director-actor Ben Affleck,
this means that the Russians, Chinese, and/or other nations or groups may also
have acquired the celebrity’s e-mail address. A recent document dump of emails
by the State Department revealed that then-Secretary of State Clinton exchanged
e-mails with her aides concerning Hollywood figures. E-mail contents included
the famed names of the aforementioned Affleck, Lisa Kudrow and Lady Gaga. [more...]
Teaching
Our Children to Adjust
By
Joe
Messina
Regarding
the case of the parent who posted flyers around town on Halloween warning
neighbors about their son’s peanut allergy… isn’t it taking things a bit far
when a parent takes it upon his/herself to chastise others, i.e., “Be a
responsible parent and do not distribute candy that has nuts, gluten or dairy.”
Parents could go through the bag at the end of the evening and separate out the
candy. Or the parents of that child could go out and buy some acceptable treats
for that child to have later on. That child can enjoy the fun of the evening
with his friends and when he gets home, his parents can take control, teach him
that things are not always going to go his way or workout for him, and he needs
to learn to adjust. That’s a great life lesson! [more...]
The
Press is Hurting America
The
press is supposed to be the referee in our lives; they should NOT be taking
sides. The Founding Fathers had it right: they created the three branches of
government and the press was established as the overseer of truth in life and
politics. The press was supposed to tell the truth and find the truth. The press
was a neutral third party keeping us alert to all that might harm us. Now the press
has chosen the Left and the Progressive movement in this country to advance
their own agendas. “We the people” have let this happen. The press understands
the apathy of the public and knows it can get away with almost anything. The press
is the reason why President Obama is currently in office and that scares me,
because who will the press put in office next? [more...]
Was Netanyahu Right that Islam Changed Nazism and
Not Vice-Versa?
During
a recent speech, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu appropriately
decried the “apologetics” which have minimized the role played by ex-Mufti of
Jerusalem Hajj Amin el-Husseini - founder of the modern Palestinian Muslim
movement - in fomenting genocidal Islamic Jew-hatred. Netanyahu made these
simple, irrefragable points, demonstrating how from the 1920s through (in
particular) the World War II era: [Go here for the complete story...]
Who
is Now Ahead in the GOP Race? Has The Donald Lost Any Ground to Ben Carson?
Who
is now leading the GOP race? Is The Donald still ahead? Is Ben Carson closing
the gap? Do any of the other candidates even have a chance of winning the
nomination? As Hillary surges in Iowa, has the DNC so rigged the process that
she has sewed up the nomination – three months before any votes are
cast? This – and much more – will be discussed by the POLITICAL INSIDERS – live on Fox News Channel this Sunday
evening – at 7:30 PM ET. [more...]
