Unions encouraged chaos in an effort to preserve their power in Wisconsin

It wasn’t difficult to understand that the “school” fights in Wisconsin in early 2011 had nothing to do with children or the type of education they receive. They had everything to do with the power that labor unions have traditionally wielded over the public education system. When Gov. Scott Walker proposed his budget repair bill in 2011, curtailing collective bargaining privileges for government employees (including teachers), unions and their radical left allies saw it as an opportunity to make an example out of the governor and cement their power. IRS lesson plans attempt to justify embattled agency’s existence to schoolchildren

Did your child learn about how important and critical the IRS is in school today? In light of the reports that the agency was targeting conservative groups for “additional review,” the IRS could use all the public relations help it can get. Enter government schools. The IRS provides a series of lesson plans for students on its website, detailing taxes, the history of taxes, how to account and calculate your taxes, student’s roles as taxpayers, and even tax heroes of yesteryear. One of the lesson plans includes an "info sheet" on how to lobby politicians - presumably to raise taxes for one’s pet project. It’s simply an effort to drum up more business, we suppose. [more...]

DOJ attorney said Big Labor was ‘completely dominated’ by organized crime

There has always been the accusation - and the assumption - that many labor unions have strong ties to organized crime. That was certainly true as early as Al Capone’s era in the 1920s. But a 1978 report prepared for the (Jimmy Carter) White House by Peter F. Vaira went into great detail making the links between unions and gangsters. [more...]

The IRS Scandal is Much Worse Than Anyone Realizes

I lived through a nightmare but am here to talk about it. I was one of those victims of the IRS scandal. As an outspoken critic of President Obama and his socialist anti-business agenda, the IRS targeted me for intimidation and persecution - not once, but twice. The first IRS attack started in January of 2011. After I won a victory in tax court in the summer of 2012, I was audited again 5 days later. FIVE DAYS. Tax experts have never heard of this happening- EVER.

But my nightmare is over. Just yesterday, I won again. My tax attorney just received official notice that my second audit is closed and I owe nothing... nada... zero. Again.

That might make me the cleanest taxpayer in America. I’ve now survived four years of IRS attacks under Obama and come out with a perfect record. After four years of IRS agents looking at every line of my returns... scouring my life to try to find something, anything...  the IRS agrees that I don't owe one cent. [more...]

Barack Obama's Scandals Confirm That He's Not a CEO

Every CEO is a politician. Not every politician is a CEO. The current set of messes that President Obama faces makes the point. They are as much management failures as they are political/legal nightmares. There is a price for having no market-facing executive experience. Indeed, Mr. Obama’s first cabinet had almost no private sector management experience. Most of our better presidents have had business or military leadership experience. This is of tremendous value when running the world’s largest organization. Those who haven’t, like Bill Clinton himself, tested by failure as a politician and familiar with the executive role governors play, knew that private sector executives have a different view of what successful management is and kept a few close at hand. President Obama - The CEO Who Knows Nothing

Let's assume for a moment that Obama really knew nothing about the IRS scandal. That would make him the most incompetent and clueless CEO in history. The first time the president of the United States allegedly found out about the IRS scandal was on a Friday, less than two weeks ago, just like the rest of us. We are led to believe he was watching CNN and they mentioned the IRS scandal. And I guess we’re to believe that Obama turned to his Chief of Staff and said, “Wow, those IRS dudes really went rogue!” [more...]

Remembering Civilian Sacrifices made in Behalf of our Country

We need to begin to honor the oft forgotten civilians who also serve in war and high threat security environments alongside the military, supporting their efforts and working in concert with them - especially all those civilians who served in the two recent U.S. wars in Iraq and Afghanistan - as many civilian workers have also lost their lives while serving our country. While we don’t often remember the sacrifices of civilian workers in conflict zones, or have a holiday to commemorate their service, we do need to honor that they too serve their country. [more...]

Right-to-Work Legislation

Having been involved in the passage of Right-To-Work legislation in Indiana and Michigan, I can attest to the tireless efforts of these grassroots movements - by local businesses in Indiana and concerned United Auto Worker employees in Michigan - to achieve the goal of protecting worker freedoms. Statistical data shows that the implementation of a Right-to-Work law is positive as such states see statistical growth in both population and jobs. Some have suggested that a Right-to-Work law’s importance is in the guarantee of the freedom of choice and the assurance of a lack of intimidation in the organizing process, but it appears this may not be accurate. A Response to Chinese Computer Hacking

In the spring of 2010, Google, unlike other computer search engine companies, admirably placed principle ahead of profit and closed its operations in China. The reason openly given by Google was that private Gmail accounts of Chinese human rights activists were being systematically hacked. In truth, it is well known that the Chinese government has been behind major cyber-attacks on targets everywhere. A cursory Internet query on the subject of Chinese computer hacking will generate numerous articles from different parts of the world all making the same point. The Chinese government is apparently attempting to pirate all of the world’s secrets filed on computers worth stealing. [more...]

Kanye West Hypocrisy

In advance of the June 18 release of his latest album, "Yeezus," Kanye West is engaged in an unusual form of performance art public relations. One of the singles from the rapper’s upcoming album is entitled "New Slaves," and the piece is being debuted in various locations around the globe via video projections on the exterior of buildings.

According to the Houston Chronicle, the police intervened and prevented a projection of West’s video that was slated to take place at Houston’s Rothko Chapel. Authorities were likely concerned about the possible negative fallout from the racially charged lyrics, which are an explicit part of West’s rap song: "I know that we the new slaves, I see the blood on the leaves, They throwing hate at me, Want me to stay at ease, F*** you and your corporation," West conveys through the song’s lyrics.

West, incidentally, through the promotion and distribution of his music and through business projects beyond, is fully immersed in the corporate culture. Additionally, he is romantically linked with Kim Kardashian, an individual of extensive celebrity who is pregnant with his child. Individually, and now together, the two have taken sales, marketing, and personal consumption of corporate products to staggering new levels. [more...]

Woolwich Murder of a British Soldier

The Militant Jihadi Ideology as a Short-Term Psychological Fix—Examining the Woolwich Murder of a British Soldier

When I conducted interviews with extremists and their supporters four and five years ago—in London, Birmingham and Leeds—I found many young immigrant descent Muslims expressed similar concerns to the recent murderer of British soldier, Michael Abedolajo. Many told me that they had distant relatives in Pakistan and Afghanistan and were deeply disturbed about them potentially being harmed by the British military. While most did not endorse attacking their own country nor resorting to terrorist "solutions" on UK soil, many said they would feel compelled to aid Muslims under attack in Iraq or Afghanistan—even if it meant working against their own military. And some told me that if push came to shove, they might even aid in an Afghani or Iraqi attack on British soldiers or a military installation inside the UK. It seems the nightmare they foretold has now occurred only days ago. The plot, however, is not completely new. [more...]

Benghazi and the Resilience of Civilians Deployed in Conflict Zones

Currently thousands of civilian workers – from military contractors, to civilian and foreign service workers (representing the Departments of State, Justice, Commerce, USAID, etc.), as well as reservists and former military who return to do civilian service, bravely serve our nation - deploying into conflict zones such as Iraq and Afghanistan and into high threat security posts such as Pakistan, Libya and elsewhere. Soldiers are well trained and prepared psychologically to face armed conflict. Civilian contractors, government servants and diplomats - who serve alongside and in support of our military - are not as well trained, prepared or supported pre, during and post deployment as their military counterparts. Yet in recent years we see that they are deployed by the thousands, into uncertain and anxiety-provoking environments. And these facts have serious implications for the psycho-social resilience and physical welfare of our civilian forces deployed in high threat security environments. [more...]

What Unites Us

Americans have diverse points of view. The greatest American sport is disagreeing with each other about them! We differ on religion, politics, sports... But the Our Bill of Rights guarantees the right to maintain (and mouth off about) our opinions. Many and varied opinions are good, because through considerate discussion, we learn and often improve our knowledge, and thus, our opinions. 311,591,917 Americans disagree on lots of things. But on the trillion-dollar issues, the big stuff, we’re united. The only ones who aren’t united with us on the big issues are the politicians who claim to represent us... and keep spending and spending. How long can we keep going in this direction without massive inflation and unemployment? Now that’s the true trillion dollar question. [more...]

Federal Prosecutors Stay Busy Busting Corrupt Union Brass

From 2000 to 2010, government prosecutors stayed busy busting union brass involved in embezzlements and corruption. According to a U.S. Department of Labor press release, over the span of seven years, prosecutors obtained 800 convictions and secured over 850 indictments for union employees and leaders, ranging from “embezzlement from labor organizations, extortionate picketing, deprivation of union members’ rights by force or violence, and fraud in union officer elections.” [more...]

Anti-Obama Filmmaker Charges Harassment by IRS

Amid disclosures of IRS harassment of conservatives, the maker of the controversial film “Dreams from My Real Father" - Joel Gilbert - now suspects he was the victim of tag-team harassment by the IRS and a leftist journalist apparently working in concert to intimidate him and his investors. WND previously reported director Joel Gilbert was concerned a journalist investigating his documentary used information that could only have been obtained by hacking into his company’s bank account. Will American Idol Go Through to the Next Round?

The once dominant television phenomenon "American Idol" has tried almost everything this season. But unfortunately, even an episode that featured trendy dance moves by Psy, soulful renderings by Aretha Franklin, nostalgic falsetto singing by Frankie Valli, and a provocative performance by former judge Jennifer Lopez couldn’t stop the show’s ratings erosion.

Ending a season of dismal numbers, the final installment of Season 12 drew the smallest "Idol" finale audience in the show's history. Back in 2006, when the music industry marvel was quickly conquering the small screen, the finale attracted 36 million viewers. Subsequent “Idol” finales would typically tally over 30 million. No such boasts can be made anymore. According to Nielsen, the show’s numbers were down 33 percent from last year’s finale, as it shed 7.2 million of its viewers and landed with a total viewer count thud of 14.3 million. [more...]

The IRS Outrage - Who is Responsible?

Would it make sense for a middle or even upper level IRS employee to risk job loss and possible criminal prosecution in order to launch an illegal attack against the Tea Party? What would they get out of it? Based on Talmudic logic, it seems that this outrage likely originated from within the ruling administration.

From this point on, things become speculative. Several different Obama Administration higher ups would benefit from an elimination of the Tea Party, and this must be looked into – possibly by a special prosecutor.  However, the person who stood to gain the most from this IRS abuse is none other than President Barack Obama himself. In the midst of trying to be elected to a second term and further pursue his agenda, he, more than anyone else, stood to gain from straight-jacketing the Tea Party. Accordingly, he must be seen as a very real suspect. If he himself is in any way implicated, it should have the effect of choosing the old Monopoly card: "Go to jail without passing Go!" [more...]

The central text of traditional Judaism is called the Talmud - a vast collection of Jewish laws and traditions touching on a wide range of subjects. In this context, Rabbi D.B. Ganz, a Talmudic scholar, has written a new book that applies the wisdom of the Talmud to many major social and political topics faced by today's Western societies. Uncommon Sense: The Talmud's Timeless Solutions to Political and Social Challenges redefines these topics and illustrates how to come up with solutions to many problems we face today. Rabbi Ganz presents ancient Talmudic concepts and demonstrates their contemporary relevance and application... and you don't have to be Jewish to appreciate and learn from this text. Talmudic wisdom is neither Liberal nor Conservative.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Rabbi D.B. Ganz studied Talmud full time for 15 years at the Rabbinical Seminary of America (AKA Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim) in Queens, NY. He served as Dean of the Hebrew Academy of Suffolk County, an Orthodox Jewish elementary school in Long Island. He then published Defining Humanity, a book on Talmudic ethical principles and human insights, after which he founded the Jewish Heritage Initiative of Cambridge (JHI), which promotes in-depth Talmud study among the local university students at Harvard and MIT.

Grade School Text Tells Students How Republican Governor’s Policies Hurt Education

It appears that one North Carolina teacher is getting into the spirit of the new Common Core learning standards that promote the use of “informational” texts in the classroom. According to the StopCommonCoreNC.com, a fourth-grade teacher with Henderson County Public Schools gave students a brief reading assignment, titled “Raleigh’s Educational Plan.” A picture of the assignment was posted on Facebook by a concerned parent, who reportedly asked for advice on how to handle the biased lesson.

The assignment begins this way: "North Carolina’s Republican leaders seem determined to undermine a strong early childhood education. Governor Pat McCrory’s proposed 2013-14 state budget would reduce funding for teacher assistants by 2.27 million dollars, which will reduce the number of teacher assistants positions in Henderson County Public Schools by almost 50 percent." A Filmmaker on Obama's Enemies List?

The revelations about the IRS targeting voices opposed to Barack Obama's political agenda came of no surprise to filmmaker Joel Gilbert. His private financial accounts were hacked into and the information used by a George Soros-linked journalist, Seth Rosenfeld, before the presidential election. Gilbert wants to know who provided Rosenfeld with his private bank records. Was it someone at the IRS? Or at the White House?

Gilbert directed the blockbuster film, Dreams from My Real Father, which was heavily criticized by the Left before the November 2012 presidential election because of the Obama campaign's fear it could alert voters to Obama's Communist connections and Marxist philosophy. The film featured evidence that Obama's real father was Frank Marshall Davis, a Communist Party USA operative who indoctrinated Obama into a Marxist ideology during his formative years in Hawaii.

Gilbert was interviewed extensively on radio and television, as well as by major newspapers such as The New York Times, which apparently feared the film would have an impact on the election outcome. His announcement of a promotional campaign to send millions of DVDs for free to various states was of major concern to Obama's backers in the media.

In addition to the scrutiny of his donors, Gilbert tells AIM that in early 2012, the IRS reopened his 2009 tax return, and simply denied all of his business expenses, even though they were well-documented. "My accountant said he had never seen anything like it in 30 years of experience with the IRS. To resolve the issue, my accountant met the IRS auditor in Los Angeles, and reported that she had a printout of the homepage of the Dreams from My Real Father official film Web site on her desk. Despite the resubmission of the 2009 expenses, the IRS has still not closed the case, and my accountant continues to meet with them every few months. The next meeting is set for May 19th." [more...]

Joel Gilbert is an American film director, writer, and producer. Joel's 2012 blockbuster, Dreams from My Real Father, chronicles Barack Obama's life journey in socialism starting with evidence that Obama's real father was Frank Marshall Davis, a Communist Party USA propagandist who indoctrinated Obama into a Marxist ideology during his formative years. This fascinating narrative was the object of heavy criticism from the mainstream media who feared it would adversely impact Obama's chances of reelection. [more...]

Unfairly Targeting Conservatives - IRS Visited EAGnews Site 30 Times in the Past 12 Months

Education Action Group Foundation, Inc., a Michigan-based organization that scrutinizes the government-run school system, received its tax-exempt status in 2007. We strictly adhere to all non-profit, tax-exempt laws and regulations. The last thing we can afford is the government breathing down our neck. But the recent revelation that the IRS applies additional scrutiny to conservative groups came as no surprise. The IRS has been keeping very close tabs on our operation for several years, probably to a degree far beyond what liberal non-profit organizations have to tolerate. [more...]

The United Nations' Hezbollah Protection Force

The United Nations Security Council adopted Resolution 1701 in August 2006, which brought about an end to the 34-day war between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon. The resolution called on the Lebanese government to "secure its borders and other entry points to prevent the entry in Lebanon without its consent of arms or related material" and authorized the peacekeepers of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon ('UNIFIL') to assist the government of Lebanon to accomplish this objective "at its request." Post Abortion Distress - The Politically Incorrect Trauma

The recent trial and guilty verdict of Philadelphia Dr. Gosnell for murdering three children delivered alive after late term abortions has raised the controversial issue of U.S. abortion rights once again. It also reminds me of years of research I conducted documenting high stress reactions to abortion and the inability of many to discuss this issue in a rational and caring manner. Having interviewed and treated women with high stress responses - including posttraumatic stress disorders and traumatic bereavement - as a result of abortion, I found myself deeply embroiled in the politics of abortion versus a genuine concern with whether or not all women do well with, and find abortion a useful coping mechanism for a problematic pregnancy. Truth and Beauty for Freedom

At the national level, there is little difference between the two parties, evinced by small support for freedom by either. National Democrats support subsidies and bailouts for large corporations, every undeclared U.S. war, and every expansion of the surveillance state. National Republicans support the same things. The only differences are in the buzzwords they select for their press releases. Republicans use "right" buzzwords, Democrats, "left," but they both vote to give money to similar companies and organizations. The subsidized groups then reciprocate with campaign contributions back to the same politicians. Nothing changes, except that the national debt goes up and employment goes down. [more...]

I am the Face of the Obama IRS Attacks

We are dealing with a modern-day Nixon. The IRS just admitted to targeting and intimidating conservative and Tea Party groups. But why? The answer - the IRS thought a quick apology and throwing a few “low level employees” under the bus could nip it in the bud and make it all go away. They’re wrong. This will be one of the biggest scandals in U.S. political history - if the media does their job.

This IRS scandal is a threat to everything America stands for. It’s why we fought a revolution against King George. It’s one of the main ways the left brought down Richard Nixon (they accused Nixon of targeting political opponents with IRS attacks to intimidate and silence them). These attacks were prominently included in Nixon’s “Articles of Impeachment” and should be in Obama’s too - if the media does their job.

How do I know? Because I am the face of Obama’s IRS attacks. I am proof of how bad it is, when it started, that it was directed at individuals as well as groups, and that it did not involve only “low level IRS employees.” It did not happen in only one year (2012). It does not involve one office in Cincinnati. It was a widespread attack (mine emanated from the Las Vegas IRS office). It goes to the top of the IRS, it started early in Obama’s presidency, and you can bet your last dollar that it was all conducted upon direct orders of the Obama White House. Most importantly, I’m living proof it was directed at individuals - with the intent of ruining our lives. It almost ruined mine. [Here is my personal story...]

SNL Uses Opening to Attack Benghazi Hearings

"Saturday Night Live" sunk to a new low in the content of its most recent opening sketch. The Lorne Michaels-created late-night television show was once recognized for its fresh, brash sketches that combined comedy with commentary.

That was then, this is now. Apparently, SNL producers and writers prefer to be politically correct in their commentary and aggressive in the expression of their liberal biases rather than just plain funny.

With the acquisition of further Benghazi information, which was recently revealed during congressional hearings and involved serious inaction, falsehoods, fabrications, and stonewalling following the Sept. 11, 2012 terrorist attacks, SNL could have used its media platform to comically nudge the Obama administration to be more forthcoming. Will Benghazi Bury President Obama?

Gov. Mike Huckabee recently predicted that the ever-widening scandal surrounding what occurred in Benghazi, Libya will prematurely end the presidency of Barack Obama. Others have opined that the press is so ridiculously pro-Obama that it simply will not report the defamatory news, and the president will emerge from the scandal unscathed. Furthermore, Hillary Clinton, a very major part of those incriminating events, will escape censure as well, and her march to the presidency in 2016 will continue unimpeded.

I would like to inject another angle into the debate, based on the ideas of the ancient Talmud. If this were a book or article, I would cite sources. But because it is a blog I will say only that in Talmudic thinking, there is such a thing as “thought habituation.” Continued repetition causes people to develop habits such as getting angry upon certain provocations, succumbing to certain bodily temptations, eating a certain amount of food, rising at a certain time of the day, etc. So, too, people who repeatedly think a certain way, form a “thought habit” that imbeds itself in the brain and leads one to always think about that topic in an identical manner. In the case of physical habits, even when factors conspire to alter the behavior, the habituation exerts a powerful influence that prevents change. Similarly, once an idea or impression becomes one’s established thought pattern, it becomes very difficult to think differently, even when there are glaring reasons for doing so.

An everyday example of this psychodynamic is how people view the problems looming from the ever-growing ever-unmanageable federal deficits. This cannot go on forever, and if present patterns continue, the federal debt will almost certainly sabotage the country’s economy and the U.S. dollar (heaven forbid). However, people do not seem to even be worried about this in a meaningful way. They do not recognize and confront this reality, for they are accustomed to thinking that somehow, the U.S. will always be able to meet its financial obligations. They somehow imagine that just like the U.S. managed to pay its bills in the past, it will always be capable of doing so... no matter what.

People are accustomed to thinking that Obama is a good and honorable president who places the interest of the country above all else. They also think he has done great things for the economy, notwithstanding so many indications to the contrary. They have also formed the habit of believing that Hillary Clinton was an outstanding Secretary of State even though this, too, is clearly not the case. Has anything significant on the international scene gotten better because of her four years of service? For sure, much has gotten a lot worse. North Korea is now openly threating to nuke the U.S., the mighty countries, Russia and China, have both become far more adversarial. Syria has become a blood-soaked disaster where poison gas is being used; and the highly touted Arab Spring brought other dictators into power rather than anything resembling individual freedom. In Egypt, the most populous of Arab states, a pro-U.S. dictator was exchanged for one who is anti-U.S. Yet, the widespread conviction endures that the two of them have been among the United States' greatest public servants ever.

Let us now revisit Mr. Huckabee’s prediction. Based on the Talmud, my best guess is that most of the U.S. public will continue its habit of worshipfully viewing its president and former Secretary of State, regardless of any damning facts that may emerge. But, then again, no one can predict the future.

OSHA Opens New Door for Big Labor

Last week, OSHA joined the ranks of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the Department of Labor (DOL), and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in furthering the Obama Administration's push to implement "card check" as pay back for Big Labor’s political contributions and ground game support during the past two presidential elections. OSHA’s latest published "Interpretation Letter," permitting non-union employees to utilize union reps as their representatives during an OSHA inspection is absolutely frightening! Syria Learns: Don't Cross Israel's 'Red Line'

Israel’s air force is reported to have attacked last Thursday a shipment of advanced surface-to-surface missiles from Iran that were believed to be on their way to Hezbollah in Lebanon. Then, early Sunday, according to a Western intelligence source, Israel struck Iranian-supplied missiles headed for Hezbollah again, this time in the vicinity of the Jamraya complex, Syria’s main research center for work on biological and chemical weapons. These attacks followed Israeli airstrikes early this year against a convoy of SA-17 antiaircraft weapons being readied for delivery to Hezbollah. With its strikes, Israel has made clear that it considers the transfer of dangerous weapons to terrorists to be a clear red line that will be enforced with severity if crossed and that there is no room for Syria to test the waters on this issue. The Obama administration, meanwhile, is once again leading from behind on the serious matter of preventing such weapons from dispersing, while the region rapidly deteriorates. [more...]

The Chechen Black Widows - Female Terrorists in al Qaeda and the Tsarnaev Brothers

As Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s body awaits a burial place and Dzhokar Tsarnaev, a trial for charges of using weapons of mass destruction, the spotlight has temporarily been turned to the elder brother Tamerlan’s wife, Katherine Russell, whose computer has been found to have al Qaeda materials downloaded to it and whose kitchen and bathroom show traces of explosive materials indicating the brothers’ bombs were likely assembled in her home. Katherine Russell, an all American girl who converted to Islam after falling in love with Tamerlan, was married to him in June of 2010 and together they had a small child. Russell claims that she knew nothing about her husband’s intentions and has, according to FBI informal reports, been working closely with them. The possibility that Russell could also be a terrorist alongside her husband raises questions for many about the involvement of the female “Black Widows” - suicide operatives in the Chechen terrorist groups that following the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991, hijacked that republic’s secular independence movement turning it into a Chechen “jihad." Rush vs. Cumulus: Where's Talk Radio Going?

The future of talk radio is changing and we need to see through the smokescreen to recognize where it's going. It seems that the number one talker, Rush Limbaugh, has become the whipping post of Cumulus Media as he's blamed for a large portion of the lackluster performance of some of their radio stations. Cumulus CEO Lew Dickey has blamed loss of sponsors and other revenue problems on the comments made by Limbaugh about Sandra Fluke last year. But Rush's side says that advertisers who left his show are losing business. Who's right and where is talk radio headed? The truth is a scrambled mess, with the actual details only being known by those closely involved. However, a little business acumen tells me that the chances are greater that Rush is right and Cumulus sees him as an easy scapegoat for bigger problems they're having. [more... ]

Jay Leno Speaks Truth with Late-Night Humor

Something intriguing has been happening at the "Tonight Show" with the content of host Jay Leno's humor. The jokes that are flying are going where no late-night hosts have gone before.

Leno's late-night TV colleagues, for the most part, have been blatantly partisan, particularly in the manner in which their material has been written. Leno's peers have made the occasional reference to President Obama within the context of their jokes; however, in a similar vein to the mainstream media, they have been perfunctory at best in their targeting of Obama or his administration, reserving their sharpest comedic barbs for the GOP.

Not that Leno has shied away from making jokes at the expense of Republicans. An October 2012 study released by the Center for Media and Public Affairs (CMPA) indicated that, much like his competitors, Leno ribbed GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney more than he did Obama. [more...]

The Obama Administration gave the AFT $5 million, but nobody will tell the public how the money is being spent.

We’ve apparently reached the depressing point where the federal government routinely ignores citizen inquiries about the use of federal dollars. The message from D.C. to average citizens is simple and direct: we’ll use the money the way we choose and it’s none of your business. Thoughts on Boston

The pain, the shock, the sense of betrayal... the Boston bombing has cast a dark shadow over many of our lives. Once again, our nation is afraid and angry. What can we do to end the cycle of fear? For myself, I start by remembering the good that people do every day. The more I’ve traveled I’ve come to realize that there are hidden saints everywhere doing good all over the world. Small moments of love and compassion, though often overlooked by the media, are what knit society together. As we listen to each other and care for others we begin to come together to create lasting change for the good of all. Each of us can start remaking the world today. We can choose action over fear, love over hate. [more...]

Is There Much More to the Tamerlan Tsaraev Story than Meets the Eye?

The reopening of a triple homicide in Boston, occurring on 9-11-2011 is raising some troubling questions about Tamerlan Tsaraev. The homocides involve the murder of three young men - two Jewish and the third, Brendan Mess - a young man who Tamerlan had formerly introduced at his boxing gym as his "best friend." The men were murdered in their apartment on a highly symbolic date - the tenth anniversary of the 9-11 al Qaeda attacks. There was no forced entry; it appears the young men opened their door to a familiar person. $5,000 was left on the scene of the crime indicating it was not a robbery. And the men each had their throats slit - in the same manner in which Mohamed Boyeri of the Netherlands ritually murdered Theo van Gogh, a man who Boyeri viewed as an apostate. Some reports state that the three were nearly beheaded - a crime common among Chechen terrorists. And marijuana was sprinkled over their bodies. It seems the crime was meant to convey a message about the corrupting power of the West, drugs and a militant jihadi answer of annihilation and destruction. [more...]

The Appeaser-in-Chief

The Obama administration is deceiving us once again in order to create the illusion that things are getting better while covering up something far more sinister. When all else fails, they change the rules. Since this administration has no plans to fix our economy, they have to keep us dumbed down and appeased. They twist, manipulate and pervert anything they can to make us think things are fine. But they don't fix anything. A perfect example is their current plan to change the way they calculate the Gross Domestic Product: by changing how they determine the measurements, they can fool us into thinking things are better, when in reality they are not. Big Labor Bosses Fear Employee Incentives

Control is the most pressing priority for the leadership of Big Labor. They need to control the masses; and in order to do that, they must control the terms of employment, and they must control the benefits of employment. For this reason, the Big Labor bosses oppose employee incentive raises. They create discord and jealousy, and thus, the union’s ability to control its membership. But such incentives also create ambition, initiative and increased productivity. While important to the employer, these traits are potentially damaging to the union. Complacency, mediocrity and sameness benefit the union; the results are that it takes more employees to produce the end product, translating into more union members and more union dues, which is the ultimate objective. What Obama Has in Common with the Gambino Crime Family

Can you guess the name of the deadliest crime family in our country's history? If you guessed the Gambinos, you're wrong. It's the Obama crime family. The Obama gang is killing jobs, strangling business, intimidating opponents, making the energy industry extinct, and wiping out the middle class. Obama and his cronies are very much like the Gambino crime family, except the Gambinos were nicer. You see, the mafia almost never goes after "civilians." They only intimidate, extort, and kill other mobsters or "associates" active in the insular criminal world. If only Obama was that discriminating! The Obama crime family goes after every taxpayer in America. Obama desperately needs your money, and he'll stop at nothing to confiscate it. Whether it’s raising income taxes, payroll taxes, Obamacare taxes, online sales taxes, taking away exemptions and deductions, he'll find a new and creative way to claim your money. [more...]
