An increasing number of U.S. states are banning China technology brands from government offices – whether that’s a Lenovo laptop, TikTok on government-issued phones or Motorola, now owned by a Chinese company. You wouldn't believe it, but China spies on your Lenovo webcam and uses it for blackmail. That, according to Georgia lawmakers who were some of the biggest spenders on China tech products over the last two years ending in 2022, including companies banned by the Defense Department. YouTube Censors Christians... and Me

They went further in their censorial zeal by holding Dr. Harper responsible, imposing a 90-day ban on his broadcasts and threatening him with permanent removal if he has the temerity to disagree with their censorship publicly. Is Illegal Foreign Money Influencing West Virginia Elections?

Tracking the impact of Switzerland’s 'Soros' on the Mountain State.

An investigative report written by Daniel Greenfield, from the David Horowitz Freedom Center, exposed the trail of dark money emanating from Swiss billionaire Hansjörg Wyss that appears to have been illegally funneled into funds meant to influence political races in West Virginia.

West Virginia state law bars foreign nationals such as Wyss from directly or indirectly making a contribution or donation to a political party or committee and bars anyone from accepting such contributions. But by moving cash through a series of foundations, dark money hubs, and PACs, Wyss appears to have sidestepped West Virginia law.

“Has the Fund for a Better Future and the various West Virginia groups benefiting from its cash flow done this?” author Greenfield asks. “That is something that West Virginia officials have the tools to discover.”

Wyss’s potentially unlawful activities have been flagged before, but the IRS has refused to act. Despite FEC complaints, federal authorities failed to take action even when the evidence indicated that Wyss, who has been named as a Swiss citizen, had made federal campaign contributions. The IRS, as was exposed in the Freedom Center’s investigative series, Internal Radical Service, has also allowed radical nonprofits, including those linked to Wyss cash, to freely operate with no audits.

“Ever since 2016, Democrats have told us that foreign money poses a grave threat to our political system, but they have themselves benefitted from Wyss’s largesse,” said Freedom Center founder David Horowitz. “In light of these disturbing findings, we have reached out to the office of the West Virginia Attorney General urging him to investigate the full scope of Wyss’s financial dealings in the Mountain State.” [more...]

A great under-reported story of our present troubled time in America is how a small group of patriotic citizens in North Dakota stood up to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and utterly defeated them. "AT&T must reinstate Newsmax immediately, and OAN while they're at it, because it's only going to get worse for AT&T as people flock to leave both their stock and their platform," Trump wrote on Truth Social, linking to Newsmax's report on AT&T's stock losing $10 billion in value since the Jan. 24 removal of Newsmax off AT&T DirecTV's platforms.

Biden's SOTU Dishonest, Nasty, Divisive

This was by far the worst SOTU by any President in at least a hundred years if not the whole history of the U.S., in both dishonest content and in a very unappealing cadence and style, which was frequently abrupt, incongruous and nasty. It was fundamentally and deliberately dishonest. For instance, Biden’s ugliest and most dishonest lie was, "Republicans want to take away Social Security and Medicare." It's a classic but very deceitful Democrat lie. He also said, "Republicans want to drain Social Security and other entitlements as an avenue to reduce the debt." Lie, Lie, Lie!

The speech was also divisive... he wagged his finger and started almost every segment of the speech with "Look..." patronizing Americans with his condescending and militant "style."

It's apparent that the American people are unhappy with the direction of this country. Two-thirds of the American people believe we're on the wrong track. Inflation and crime are out of control; and the southern border is wide open. Biden did not acknowledge any of these glaring problems, because he would have had to say, "We're going to change course." He didn't do that.

Biden said in his SOTU said he would be "tough on China," yet he couldn’t give clear orders to take down the Chinese spy balloon and instead allowed it to cross the United States, conducting surveillance over our most important and critical missile sites. Xi Jinping is more confident of the U.S. chain of command being in total disarray than ever. Expect him to move on Taiwan within the next year.

Consequences of the China Balloon

I have written on the Congressional Review Act, and the fact that Biden gave China companies that are under investigation a two-year reprieve from penalties if they were found to be committing harm against their U.S. counterparts. He gave China solar makers two years of no tariffs even if his Commerce Department finds that they are selling solar into the U.S. below market prices, to the detriment of local manufacturers here. But late last month, Congress said they will try to repeal that emergency rule by Biden, put in place because he used the Ukraine war and climate change as a reason: "we might lose electricity" and "gotta save the planet." After last week's downing of a Chinese weather balloon, dubbed a Chinese spy balloon equipped with solar panels, it is highly likely that both Dems and Repubs will force Biden in a veto-proof legislation to remove this two-year waiver of import duties against Chinese companies under investigation for breaking U.S. trade rules at their facilities and outsource partners in Southeast Asia. False Statistics Fly as California Democrats Push for Gun Control Laws That Failed Already

The per capita rate of mass shootings was much higher in California than in the rest of the U.S., despite the state having the strictest gun control laws in the country.

California already has the strictest gun control laws in the country, and it has expanded federal background checks on gun purchases and many more laws. In contrast to Israel and almost all the rest of the United States, concealed handgun permits have been almost impossible to get in the counties where California's attacks occurred. In Los Angeles County, there is only one permit for every 5,660 adults. In San Mateo County, there is one permit per every 24,630 adults. Freedom Center Report Exposes Comcast CEO Brian L. Roberts as "The King of Hate Media"

Roberts has "used MSNBC’s hate machine to divide and slander America."

A report written by Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Fellow at the David Horowitz Freedom Center, and distributed widely to members of Congress and media insiders, exposed Comcast CEO Brian L. Roberts as "The King of Hate Media" for his scandal-laden takeover of NBC in 2012 and subsequent role in promoting far-Left, hate-White People, hate-America propaganda on the network’s channels.

The publication reveals how NBC’s controversial acquisition by Comcast - which was opposed by many concerned with antitrust issues - was lubricated by a corrupt deal with hatemonger Al Sharpton who was subsequently given his own MSNBC show, "PoliticsNation with Al Sharpton."

"In short, without the support of Sharpton and his racist admirers, Comcast would not have been able to gain control of NBC," the report states.

In the years since Comcast’s takeover, NBC, and particularly its cable outlet, MSNBC, have increasingly provided a platform for America’s racists. These include the unhinged Elie Mystal, who said that the United States "Constitution is trash" because it was written by white men, and bragged, "you come out as a Republican, I’m prejudiced against you"; Tiffany Cross, who argued that the media focusing on the economic concerns of Midwesterners was pandering to "racist white people"; and Melissa Harris-Perry, who claimed that the term "hard work" is racist.

MSNBC has also employed foreign enemy propagandists like Ayman Mohyeldin, formerly of Qatar’s Al Jazeera, who defended the Islamic terrorist state during the World Cup and attacked America. Al Velshi, a veteran of Al Jazeera America, ushered in Thanksgiving to its viewers by claiming that the holiday and the nation were built on genocide.

"NBC and MSNBC have become platforms for the Jew-hating, white-hating and America-hating Left," said Freedom Center founder David Horowitz. "To end hateful media, we have to expose them and know who they are."

We sanitize our language so that classified documents strewn over unsecured garages and centers of Chinese influence are talked about as though it's a matter of carelessness and not design. The indisputable brute fact is this: our commander-in-chief and his family have made themselves wealthy by taking bribes from foreign powers, chief among them our mortal enemy, Communist China. Nobody seems to be asking, but how exactly were the inexplicable decisions to turn Afghanistan over to China and the Taliban made, and what American interest was served by this?

In classic fascist fashion, the Biden administration has suborned the intelligence community and the Department of Justice to censor and harass its political opponents. These include school parents and Capitol trespassers whom it libels and imprisons as "domestic terrorists" and (unarmed) "insurrectionists." In typical fascist moves, it has suborned corporate America into spying on its political opponents with the goal of cancelling them and silencing their opinions.

Just this week, AT&T/DirecTV shut down the fastest growing and fourth largest cable news network, NewsmaxTV, depriving 13 million viewers of access to its reporting. This attack on the First Amendment came on the heels of Twitter’s exposure of the way the FBI had put its platform on the federal payroll and dictated its censorship of tweets that could have changed the results of the last presidential election. The same fascistic arrangement was made with other tech social media giants like Facebook.

The Democrats have targeted their chief political opponent, Donald Trump, who received 74 million votes in the last election, with the longest, most determined, and most vicious campaign of character assassination in modern history, and possibly ever. It has warned other potential presidential contenders like Governor Ron DeSantis that they will get the same treatment. It has smeared Republicans as racists, white supremacists and white nationalists, and has done this in the service of rigged elections in its drive to establish a one-party state.

How do we stop this juggernaut? First, by standing up and calling their actions by their right names. In particular, by calling out the treason of the Biden family and the military brass who have turned America’s armed forces into indoctrination centers of woke racism; and who botched the Afghanistan withdrawal so badly that an arsenal of the most advanced weapons and billion-dollar airbases were delivered into the hands of our terrorist enemies and their Chinese Communist friends.

Second, by organizing and fighting back. Through his rallies, Trump has created the first mass movement of conservatives in American history. The revolt of America’s parents against the left’s Nazi-like experiments on pubescent children - already a billion-dollar industry - is another example of the entry of patriotic, religious, and conservative forces onto the battlefield. Secure the polls, stop Democrat efforts to cheat in the elections, defend constitutional rights – enter the fray.

Distrust of government, love of freedom are ingrained in the American people. We can win this battle, but only if we fight it.
