The Truth Behind the Kidnapping of the Nigerian Girls

As the White House misleads the American public about the truth behind the kidnapping of the Nigerian girls, terrorism analysts are shaking their heads at this politically correct theater. Boko Haram is not only laughing at our hashtag campaign, they are laughing at our willful naivete.

Here is the reality: 90% of the girls kidnapped were Christians. Those who were released by Boko Haram are Muslims. This was a predominantly Christian School. Chibok is predominantly a Christian community.

Testimonies by those who escaped have been published by Nigerian newspapers. The girls are being raped up to 15 times a day by their captors. Those who refused to convert to Islam are having their throats cut.

This is no different than all the kidnappings and rapes that have been taking place against Christian girls in Egypt, Syria, and other Islamic countries across the world especially with the rise of Islamic radicalism. The only reason we are talking about it now is because it was done en masse by a group who is so proud to be standing on Koranic scripture which discusses slaves and Islam.

Koran 4:24 calls it "Milk al-yamin" - "That which your right hands possess." When a slave market is created in a jihad (fighting between Muslims and infidels) you can capture and enslave the women. This is why this act has not been condemned by Al-Azhar University in Egypt, the highest authority of Islamic jurisprudence in the world, nor Saudi Arabia or any of the Islamic countries. It is because it is justifiable in the Koran by the Prophet Mohammed.

To discuss more details and hear whether or not we should get involved to release them and whether negotiations and prisoner exchanges will succeed, please consider having Brigitte Gabriel on your program.
