Trump Sets Stage for
DACA Legislation
President
Trump made a brilliant move in so many ways. He did not - as the liberal media claim - kill DACA. It turns out Trump
knows more about the Constitution than supposed “constitutional law expert”
Barack Obama. All immigration laws must come from Congress... period. The
president has no right to make immigration law via executive action. Obama knew
that. He just didn’t care. On numerous occasions early in his presidency, Obama
stated publicly he had no power to make immigration law or save the so-called “Dreamers.”
All Trump did was correct Obama’s illegal, unconstitutional action ... follow
the letter of the law ... hand it back to Congress ... and publicly challenge
and embarrass inept, incompetent, corrupt GOP congressional leaders such as
Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell to do their job. And here’s the big one: Trump
just started a first round of negotiations on DACA. [more...]
The
Equifax Storm
By
Lowell Ponte
Equifax, the Atlanta-based company – one of America’s
three giant credit reporting agencies – announced this September that hackers
had penetrated its computers and stole data for at least 10 weeks before being
detected on July 29. What these hackers stole, Equifax reported, were the
names, birth dates, Social Security numbers, and other data of 143 million
“customers” – nearly half the U.S. population. (“Customers” is in quotes because
you likely never asked or agreed to be an Equifax customer, and you have no
ability under current law to make them stop gathering personal financial data
about you.) This attack struck 143 million Americans (most of whom have not yet
felt it) and could put our nation underwater for years to come – perhaps even
drown our personal and national economy and prosperity. [more...]

Alienate Potential Moviegoers
By
James
Hirsen
Two of Hollywood’s top celebrities just offended tens of
millions of would-be moviegoers with their ill-timed politically charged
remarks and over-the-top rants about our current president. In so doing, the
duo may have placed their box-office potential in some serious jeopardy. After
the public gets wind of their remarks and the box-office results for their
respective movies come rolling in, both stars may need to seek the shelter of a
“happy place,” complete with gumballs, Kardashian pics, and a pair of matching
binkies [more...]
The Financial Toll of Two
Major Hurricanes
Within
the span of 2 weeks, U.S. shores have been hit by 2 major hurricanes. Harvey
which hit Texas and Southwest Louisiana in late August, and Irma making its way
through the Florida coast. With the devastation left in their path, the
question now is what is the financial toll on the U.S. after 2 major disasters?
The toll for Harvey’s destruction is estimated to be anywhere between $70 and
$90 billion, with only $35 billion protected by insurance, by RMS a disaster
modeling firm. Analysts have predicted that Irma’s financial toll can reach up
to $172 billion in the U.S. alone. Countries in the Caribbean are expected to
see cost of up to $65 million from Irma alone. [more...]
Judge Orders Maryland
Bar to Investigate Hillary Chief of Staff
A
Maryland judge ordered the state bar to open an investigation Monday into the
three lawyers who helped former Secretary of State Hillary
Clinton delete her private e-mails. Anne Arundel County Circuit Court Judge Paul
F. Harris Jr. said the complaints lodged against David E.
Kendall, Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson were egregious and the
state bar couldn’t dismiss them as frivolous. “There are allegations of
destroying evidence,” Judge Harris said at a hearing Monday morning. Mills
was Hillary's Chief of Staff. She was also one of the Clintonworld vets being
covered by the corrupt Comey immunity deal. From Benghazi to the Hillary e-mail
scandals, Mills was on point. [more...]
