Senate Republicans Have Precedent on Their Side
By John R. Lott, President of Crime Prevention Research Center
While Senate Republicans promise to fill the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's seat on the Supreme Court and Democrats threaten to pack the Court, leading Democrats claim precedent is on their side. "Mitch McConnell set the precedent," Massachusetts senator Ed Markey tweeted. "No Supreme Court vacancies filled in an election year. If he violates it, when Democrats control the Senate in the next Congress, we must abolish the filibuster and expand the Supreme Court." But the historical record reveals that, contrary to Markey's claim, the Senate has never had a rule against filling vacancies in an election year. Lots of presidents have nominated Supreme Court Justices in presidential election years. While some have been confirmed, others haven't, including some, like Merrick Garland, who never received a vote. McConnell himself never set any precedent on the issue. His 2016 actions in fact followed a long Senate tradition. [more...]
The Right to Try HCQ Petition
By Dr. Karladine Graves
Many of you know I have been taking care of COVID patients. They come first over some of the other issues I deal with. The object is to have them regain their health, not go into the hospital, and to hopefully not sustain cardiac or pulmonary damage from being down with the virus. Please go to personalhealthcarenetwork.us and sign The Right to Try HCQ petition. I really wish we could "knock the socks" off the D.C. establishment with signatures... sending them and Big Pharma a message. Give us our Right to Try and stop standing in our way. For those who may not have caught it, Astra Zeneca stopped their vaccine trials this last week because it appears the vaccine they had was causing a condition known as Transverse Myelitis. This is found in the spinal cord and damages the covering of the nerves call the myelin. It has been reported that at least one woman now has what appears as MS that came out of the Transverse Myelitis that the vaccine initiated.
You are Cordially Invited to a Masquerade Ball
By Karen Kataline
You just received an engraved invitation: "You are cordially invited to a masquerade ball." You cast the invitation aside and decide to think about it later. A few days later, a note arrives: "We urge you to RSVP to the Masquerade Ball as soon as possible." Two more days pass and you receive a phone call: "Your attendance at the Masquerade Ball could be required as a condition of your employment. Please RSVP immediately." [more...]
Senate Report on Burisma Burdens Biden
By Dr. Jerome Corsi
The U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs and the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance have released a blockbuster report: "Hunter Biden, Burisma, and Corruption: The Impact on U.S. Government Policy and Related Concerns" exposing the enormous scale of the wrongdoing of the O-Biden Administration. A veritable cornucopia of criminal activity... from dealing with odious oligarchs, to bartering everything from American military technology to underage girls, it is all laid bare for the public to see. How will the Democrats and their propaganda department a/k/a mainstream media spin this one? [more...]
CDC Reverses Guidance on Risk of 'Airborne' COVID-19
By Patrick Wood
After publishing guidance warning about the serious risks of "airborne" infection associated with SARS-CoV-2, the CDC just seriously harmed its own credibility by acknowledging Monday that it had posted the new guidance "in error," following a pressure campaign from the WHO. Scientists have been gathering evidence that the novel coronavirus plaguing the world spreads via aerosol particles practically since it first emerged; and back in July, a group of 200 scientists sent a letter to the WHO urging the international public health agency to change its guidance on the spread of the disease. The problem scientists argued is that the WHO hasn't updated its views to incorporate new research showing that aerosol spread is a much greater threat than touching contaminated surfaces, or via large droplets spread by close contact between individuals. Yet, the WHO has refused these overtures, and this week it successfully convinced the CDC to do the same. [more...]
Democrats Blame a Church 120 Miles Away for Corona Deaths in a Nursing Home Owned by a Democrat Mayor
By Daniel Greenfield
There's over 200 miles of distance between the Tri Town Baptist Church in East Millinocket, a small Maine town with a population of under 2,000, and York County, with over 200,000 people. But when prison inmates at the York County Jail began testing positive for coronavirus, Democrat officials chose to blame the Tri Town Baptist Church for the sins of York County Jail. The story is a familiar one because the media loves to tell it so often. [more...]
