I prognosticated the New York attorney general office's $250 million lawsuit against Trump in my book, "The Return: Trump's Big 2024 Comeback." The book references the Democratic Party's four-step plan of "hope" for precluding Trump from winning the presidency again in 2024. Now the Democrats only have one final move left and that New York Attorney General Letitia James' lawsuit represents "persecution by prosecution, and it has all to do with Trump's success. None of the prior schemes or allegations have stuck and the New York lawsuit is not going to matter relative to the 2024 presidential race. The more Democrats persecute Trump and his family, the more they reveal their fear of Trump. "Trump support remains unmoved by investigations,” The New York Times just wrote, citing an internal poll conducted with the help of Siena College in which they admit: "The American public’s views of former President Trump have remained remarkably stable across a number of different measures in recent months." The Times means investigations - and by that, of course, they mean fabricated investigations: the January 6 matter and the ridiculously biased yawners of congressional commission hearings; the Mar-a-Lago raid; and now the New York AG lawsuit. Voters Overwhelmingly Want Their Beef Labeled to Show What Country it Came From

A new poll of registered voters—conducted by Morning Consult on behalf of the Coalition for a Prosperous America (CPA)—shows that 90 percent of voters are concerned about beef imports deceptively labeled as 'Product of USA.' In response, 86 percent of voters support legislation currently under consideration in Congress that would require mandatory country-of-origin labeling for all beef products sold in the United States. "This is a no-brainer," said CPA Chair Zach Mottl. "Americans deserve to know where their beef is raised and harvested. It’s astounding that, at present, importers can put a 'Product of U.S.A.' label on beef that’s an exclusively foreign product. As Constitution Week comes to a close, we must remember to cherish the liberties and our freedom in America given to us by our forward-looking founders.  Prior to COVID, it was inconceivable that the United States would ever encounter a communist-type revolution within our country.  But we are now in the midst of a full-fledged cultural revolution, similar to what China experienced under Mao. After each mass public shooting, Democratic elected officials push for more gun control. They ignore examples, even those that generated significant public attention, in which armed bystanders saved many lives. They also disregard a grim aspect of such crimes: Most mass shooters want to commit suicide in a way that will gain the most media coverage. The more people they kill, the more coverage they will get. The shooters may be callous and crazy, but they are rational enough to realize that they can kill more people if their victims are defenseless. [more...]
