Perry Johnson Calls on GOP Leaders to Take Action on Debt and Inflation Crisis

Perry Johnson, former Republican presidential candidate and Michigan businessman, has called on GOP leaders in Washington to take action to resolve the nation’s debt and inflation crisis. Last week, Johnson endorsed Donald Trump for President and will continue to support Republican leaders who make it a priority to solve the economic crisis. Johnson said, “Excess government spending essentially doubled our nation’s yearly deficit spending from 2022 to 2023, creating an inflation rate so astounding it has made housing, utilities, and food unaffordable for many American families. Our government’s spending is not only reckless, but unsustainable - both today and especially for future generations. We are facing the consequences of Washington’s spendthrift politicians, and our children will inherit the very same reality if we don’t take action now. [more...]

How to Handle Domestic Violence and Gun Rights

By Kerry Slone, Executive Director for Education, Crime Prevention Research Center

It’s unjust to deny constitutional rights without a trial.

States started adopting domestic violence restraining orders in the 1970s, making them relatively recent in American history. And it’s hard to see how they can fit with the Second Amendment at the time of its adoption in 1791 or when the 14th Amendment was adopted in 1868 to apply the Bill of Rights to the states. To help understand what the founders intended, the Supreme Court looks to see what laws were in place then, but there is no evidence of similar restrictions. As a victim of domestic violence, I am acutely aware of how important it is to protect victims. But restraining orders can be misused and used to harm victims. Abusers can use them to disarm their victims. The question before the court is: What is the standard of evidence needed to strip someone of their constitutional right to protect themselves? People lose their right to a gun when convicted of felonies and some violent misdemeanors. But should they lose that right after a noncriminal, civil decision - possibly without a public hearing or a lawyer? [more...]

Who is Funding the Hamas/Antifa/Transgender Protests in America?

By Colonel (Ret.) John Mills, Author of War Against the Deep State

Who is funding this street violence? Very likely your state cannabis program. Although legal at the state level under multiple laws, these state cannabis programs are cash heavy operations because of the disconnect between state and federal laws on the use of this drug. The cash can’t be inserted into banks because of federal laws, so it stays cash and organized crime and now crime overseers such as Chinese paramilitaries gravitate toward cash operations because of the wonderful laundering opportunities. Abortion is also a cash heavy - but we’ll talk about that later. [more...]

Trump, With All His Indictments, Still Beats Bumbling Biden

By Cheryl Chumley

A brand new poll from The New York Times and Siena College shows Fmr. President Donald Trump beating Joe Biden for the race for the presidency in five of six battleground states, with leads between 3 and 10 percentage points. Yes, that’s how bad Biden really is. Even if Trump had to campaign from a jail cell - Biden would still lose. [more...]

Senators Demand Clarity on Imports in New Bill Seeking Consumer Protection & Better Trade Rules Enforcement

By Kenneth Rapoza, Industry Analyst from the Coalition for a Prosperous America

A bipartisan duo of Senators are looking for clarity on what exactly is being shipped into the U.S. in a new bill that would require disclosure of certain bill of lading information for goods imported via aircraft, truck, and cross-border rail manifests. Currently, these disclosures only happen with ocean vessel shipments. The bill, called the Manifest Modernization Act, was introduced last week by Sens. Bill Cassidy (R-LA) and Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI). The current law is “falling short of a goal Congress set decades ago,” Sen. Cassidy said. “This fix is overdue and urgent.” [more...]

Science Fiction Comes to Life in AI Executive Order

By James Hirsen

An executive order recently signed by the president centers on the regulation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its implementation in the “whole of government.” The AI acronym itself has been absorbed into our national lexicon. And although it may sound as if we all share the same definitional understanding of the words, the truth is we actually don’t. [more...]

Islamic Nazis

By David Horowitz, Author of The Radical Mind: The Destructive Plans of the Woke Left

What is the difference between Hitler’s Nazis and Palestinian supporters of Fatah and Hamas? Both are national socialists; both have embraced the totalitarian oppressors of their respective peoples and elected them whenever they were given the chance. Both are driven by a demonic hatred to exterminate the Jews. Both deploy “Big Lies” to justify their malignant cause. The main difference is that Hitler hid the “Final Solution” – the extermination of the Jews – because he feared that Germany’s citizens were too civilized to embrace such an inhuman and evil cause. By contrast, every Palestinian leader has stated their intentions clearly, written them in their covenants and visions of a Palestine without Jews, boasted of their massacres of innocents down to the cradle, and even shouted them from the rooftops. [more...]
