Fmr. President Donald Trump, amid his campaign for president against the man
who is currently sitting in the Oval Office and of the opposite political
party, has been booted from the 2024 primary ballots in Colorado and Maine. The
states cited the 14th Amendment as cause for the action, calling out Trump as
ineligible to run for the office due to his Jan. 6 calls for insurrection. That
he hasn't been found guilty of inciting a riot and causing an insurrection is
beside the point. In America, under Democrats, the system of innocent until
proven guilty has been replaced by one of innocent if deemed so by those who
