Will
Bush and Clinton’s New Strategies Work?
Jeb
Bush and Hillary Clinton were both foregone conclusions in their respective
races for Republican and Democratic presidential nominations in the minds of
the experts. Yet both have dropped dramatically in the major polls in
recent weeks. Bush currently trails Donald Trump and Ben
Carson, while Hillary is fighting back the unexpected popularity of Bernie
Sanders and the potential entrance of VP Joe Biden into the race. What's
next? Now both Bush and Clinton hope to shake off their opponents' respective
surges with "new" strategies. What are these "new"
strategies? More importantly, do these strategies have a chance of
working? [Go here for a complete analysis...]
Tom
Brady Wins in the Legal Arena
By

Tom
Brady is famous for his wins, especially in the final minutes of a professional
football game. Most recently, though, the New England Patriots' star
quarterback achieved an amazing last-minute victory in a brand new venue - a
federal courtroom. Fans of the team are celebrating a legal determination,
which is likely to result in Brady being able to suit up for the entire
upcoming NFL season. Judge Richard M. Berman of the U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York has ruled in favor of Brady and the players
association, which had sought to have the court overturn his four-game
suspension, a punishment that had been meted out for the quarterback's alleged
role in what has been referred to in the press as "deflategate." [more...]
The
Essence of Patriotism
As
we approach the upcoming anniversary of the attacks of September 11th, we'll
naturally see a rise in the number of flags outside of houses, along with a
surge in people talking about national security, American exceptionalism, and
all sorts of other reasons why our country is so great. At the same time, we'll
also see a surge of anti-Americanism by those people who, no matter what the
facts may be, constantly insist that this country has been the cause of all the
world's problems since the dawn of time. Although the debates on these matters
tend to revolve around all sorts of various perspectives, they always seem to
be centered around a concept known as "patriotism." That being the
case, it would make sense to take a moment to ask ourselves exactly what
patriotism is, and what it really means. [more...]
Obama's Idea of Free Trade
The
administration's inability to negotiate results in a devastatingly dangerous 'trade
deal.' Leaked Trans Pacific Trade Agreement, (TPP), documents prove once again
that the Obama Administration has already demonstrated that it can't negotiate
its way out of a wet paper bag. Desperate for some sort of legacy, the
Obama Administration has been hastily trying to wrap up negotiations that would
establish the largest trade agreement in world history. But what he has 'negotiated' so far is
devastating to American sovereignty and safety. Strong America has discovered a
number of serious problems with the way Obama has 'negotiated' the Trans Pacific
Partnership Trade Agreement, (a/k/a TPP).
Using one state as an example, we have discovered three disastrous
things the Obama Administration is trying to slide into TPP... [more...]

The
major U.S. stock market indices - the S&P 500, the Dow and the NASDAQ -
each fell almost exactly 14% from recent summertime highs to August lows,
culminating in a rapid spike downward on August 21st, 24th, and 25th. Each
index promptly rebounded, then stabilized in a classic double-bounce chart
pattern. It's important to understand several things about this stock market
correction... [more...]
High
School Reading?
By
Joe
Messina
Just
a reminder, folks… never stop looking over your child's schoolwork. Talk to
them about what they’re reading and talking about in class. And here's just one
more reason why it's so important. Del Campo High School students are reading
about the fictional Utopian city Omelas, where orgies abound, nude sex slaves
roam the streets, and special drugs heighten the depravity with no side effects.
Stay vigilant, people. Protect your children's innocence. They grow up fast
enough without the school exposing them unnecessarily to drivel like this.
