Predictions for 2018 - Pt. II
By
Lowell Ponte
I predict, in the January 2018 issue of Real Money Perspectives, many
factors may devastate the American economy in the New Year. Most of Europe’s
nations are being dissolved into the new empire of the European Union, in which
national borders no longer control immigration or trade. As I explained in Money,
Morality & The Machine, this “Superstate,” as founder Jean
Monnet envisioned it, was to be created piecemeal, by deception, with Europeans
denied a democratic vote on whether to undo their national identity. The EU
would be - and now is - run by an elite of unelected progressive Eurocrats. [more...] [Read Part I here...]
The Workaholic-in-Chief
Wins
By
Kerry Lutz
Last
year, my article “Trump the Workaholic-in-Chief” explained how this was all
going to work out. While both parties in Congress did their best to obstruct
Trump’s cabinet picks and derail his agenda, they were largely unsuccessful.
The reason is that they completely failed to understand the value of his
workaholism and work ethic. And he managed to get all this accomplished while
playing even more golf than Obama. Unlike his predecessor, who would do
anything possible to avoid the dreadful Oval Office and putting in a full day’s
work, Trump actually uses the golf course as an extension of the workplace. Key
lawmakers and those important to getting things done are kept virtually captive
for 3-4 hours. During that time, they are subjected to a non-stop charm
offensive that helps Trump get his way. [more...]
FrontPageMag’s
Man of the Year: President Trump
2017
was the year that the United States of America got up off its knees. It was the
year that we stopped following the world and started leading it. It was the
year that our booming economy accomplished the impossible. It was the year that
we became a great nation again. And one man is responsible for that: President
Trump promised to make America great again, and every day, it’s happening.
Factory workers and small businesspeople, farmers and ranchers, soldiers and
police officers are waking up to a renewed America. Time chose
a social justice hashtag as its ‘Thing of the Year.’ We’re choosing the
man who turned the country around as our “Man of the Year.” [more...]
Blue Wave, Red Wave, or
Conservative Wave?
After
some fleeting electoral successes, some Democrats are anticipating a blue wave,
not a red wave, or a conservative wave in the 2018 Congressional elections.
But, are they wrong? Some Republicans, fearful that Congress has not repealed
and replaced Obamacare decisively and has been slow to implement the Trump
agenda, worry 2018 might not be a good year for the GOP. Are these fears
justified? [more...]
Oil Rises to $60 -
Highest in 2.5 Years
Following
a pipeline explosion in Libya, crude oil prices have risen to over $60 a
barrel. This marks the highest oil has been in 2.5 years. Reports from Libya’s
state-run National Oil Corporation stated that the explosion jeopardized output
by 100,000 barrels a day. U.S. crude oil rose by 2.5% last week, this was
following a spike it had last month when the Keystone pipeline was shut down
due to an oil spill. But prices still remain low compared to the $100 per
barrel price seen 3 years ago. The past couple of years have been tough for the
oil industry, and it has been trying to rebound for some time now. [more...]
NPR For Conservatives
John
LeBoutillier, the former GOP congressman from New York with a reputation for
being genteel and unflappable, might seem an unlikely figure to chronicle a
revolution; yet, that is precisely what the conservative pundit and top
Canadian talker and co-host Arlene Bynon, are bent on doing. Together, they are
hosts of the hot new show, Revolution_The
Podcast. [more...]
