best efforts, is because they reject the foundational biblical premise of true
justice: "For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the Lord is
our king; it is he who will save us." Because the Left rejects God as the
author of justice, they take matters into their own hands, persecuting and
prosecuting everyone who resists their rule – no matter if evidence exists or

Gavin Newsom is Conceding He Has to Amend the Constitution

California Gov. Gavin Newsom is conceding that
the U.S. Constitution needs to be amended before he can pass his gun control
wish list. But he doesn't have the votes. Democrats control only the
governorship and state legislatures in 17 states - far short of the 38 states
needed to ratify a constitutional amendment. Nor do they have the votes in
Congress. Newsom wants to raise the age of gun ownership to 21,
impose background checks on private transfers of guns, require waiting periods
for buying guns, and enact an assault weapon ban. California has the
country's strictest gun control laws, but it shouldn't hold itself out as

It has long been known by any close FDA-watcher
that the Food and Drug Administration has to balance between pharmaceutical
scarcity and safety. But with drug shortages becoming a regular occurrence
since the baby formula fiasco last year, the FDA has now come down on the side
of placing the importance of scarcity over the importance of drug safety. That
means the typical American medical patient that needs drugs that are in short
supply will now face a terrible choice: take drugs that are not tested by the
FDA for safety standards or take the ones imported from uninspected India and
