The Ring is Closing on the Biden RICO Enterprise

By Colonel (Retired) John Mills, Author of The Nation Will Follow

The dramatic and unexpected proceedings in the Hunter Biden plea deal case in front of District Judge Maryellen Noreika on July 26, 2023 was a pivotal moment on the pathway to bigger events, including possible impeachment proceedings against Joe Biden and it's beginning to factually look like RICO level racketeering. The events in Judge Noreika's courtroom revealed the vulnerability of Hunter and even potentially his father including, but not limited to, extensive violations of the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA), non-reporting of income, income received from a foreign source or government, non-payment of taxes, and collusion with foreign interests that may be directly tied to foreign governments seeking influence over policy and decision making of the U.S. government.  Furthermore, it appears, the Department of Justice admitted that there are investigations ongoing in regards to Hunter and/or others related to Hunter that have not yet resolved. [more...]

Selective Stats Leave Suspicious Fingerprints All Over the Crime Debate

By John Lott

As gun violence has spiked across the country, Republicans have pointed to the steady stream of shootings in Democratic-controlled cities such as Chicago, Detroit, and St. Louis to argue that strict gun laws are not the main driver of mayhem. In response, Democrats and their supporters have tried to turn the tables on the GOP by noting that gun violence is highest in Republican states: "Gun Violence Worse in Red States. It’s Not Even Close," a headline in Politico proclaimed; "Red States Have Higher Gun Death Rates Than Blue States," Forbes reported. [more...]

Sequoia Capital China's Portfolio Companies In Washington's Crosshairs

By Kenneth Rapoza

Within the Silicon Valley universe, Sequoia Capital of Menlo Park, California, has long been the home to political operators. Their A-list venture capitalists from Sequoia Heritage, their private investment firm, are big donors (and small) to both parties. The company split its China and India branches off from the U.S. firm this summer, perhaps due to the perception that Washington would put pressure on venture capital investors for their China funding. Sure, Everyone Knew Joe Biden Talked to His Son's Business Partners

By Daniel Greenfield

Every political scandal has three phases: 1. vigorous denials; 2. partial denials; and 3. everyone knew it was true all along so what’s the big deal anyway? The New York Times seems to be rapidly accelerating toward phase 3. It’s not an illusion... if he was providing access. [more...]

American Sex Traffickers, Pedophiles and Fentanyl Dealers Must Face Appropriate Harsh Prejudice

By Judd Dunning

We are in a horrendous American awakening. Yet there is some light amidst the darkness. Our American free markets have just propelled to the box office charts a Hollywood film that takes on the twin sicknesses of pedophilia and drug-fueled child and sex trafficking. On a modest budget of $15 million, 'Sound of Freedom' has made over $131 million. 'Passion of The Christ' actor Jim Caviezel plays a former U.S. national security agent who leaves his government job to establish a non-profit organization dedicated to dismantling pedophilia networks. 'Sound of Freedom' has steamrolled over some of America’s most expensive summer blockbusters. There is no philosophical discussion or nuance. Harming children through sexual abuse and drugs is evil. The only solution for very harsh crimes is very harsh laws. Now.
