January 6, 2022 was about forcefully forgetting failures. Americans are ordered to forcefully forget the Afghanistan failures, our supply chain problems, our politicized COVID lockdowns tearing down our prosperity and security, our decimated global foreign policy, and rampant Biden-induced inflation. Democrats lacking any decency or tangible legislative platform excitedly brought you their January 6th "Insurrection Anger Games." Americans saw the same boring democratic polarization playbook run again. The Russia hoax was followed by cries of Trumpism, racism, anti-vaxism and anti-climatism. U.S. Solar Fends Off Importers

It was 15 against three this week during a USTR hearing on the Section 201 solar safeguard tariffs. Three domestic manufacturers – Auxin Solar, Q Cells, and the still trying to revive itself, Suniva – took on trade diplomats from Canada, Mexico, and Vietnam, and numerous domestic companies that design and install solar projects, most of it for electric power producers. The issue is over whether or not the White House will follow the advice of the International Trade Commission and extend the 18% tariffs on solar panels and solar cells; keep tariff quotas on 2.5GW of solar cells; and re-impose tariffs on two-sided solar panels used by utilities. "We must give Congress no choice," Michelle Obama rants in the latest bulletin from her When We All Vote organization. That’s how dictators or aspiring dictators talk. After Democrats spuriously warned of a "threat to democracy" from Republicans, they once again demonstrate that they are the real threat. And that the party of radicals is projecting its own actions and attitudes onto Republicans. Michelle Obama's letter threatens to "organize at least 100,000" people to "contact their Senators, calling on them to do everything they can to pass the Freedom to Vote Act and the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act." Citizens for Free Speech Demands Religious Liberty for Unvaccinated Marines as Corps Begins 'Political Purge'

More than 200 U.S. Marines have been officially discharged from the Corps since a November 28, 2021 deadline for all service members to receive COVID-19 shots, often mistakenly referred to as vaccinations. The discharged Marines are the first of an estimated 8,000 to have refused or requested exemptions from the experimental drugs mandated by the federal government, and several of America’s "best and brightest" believe they are victims of a political purge. Active-duty members of the Marine Corps were required to fully comply with the order to receive a full round of shots or to request an official exemption by Nov. 28. Marine Corps spokesman Captain Andrew Wood announced that 3,192 requests had been made for religious accommodations, and that zero requests had been approved. According to the Marine Corps Times, the corps has not granted a single religious exemption for a 'vaccine' in the past decade. [more...]

The Feds Continue to Fail their COVID-19 Test

Since his first day in office, President Biden has promised to vastly expand the availability of at-home testing. Right before Christmas, he said that the federal government would send 500 million at-home tests to American households. It's unclear where he'll find them. A dearth of at-home tests remains one of the biggest obstacles to combatting the virus. And for the most part, a sclerotic, overly cautious Food and Drug Administration is to blame. [more...]

The annual March for Life, like so many other pivotal nationwide events, has been deeply impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and its parallel ripple effects. Last year the pro-life event was significantly smaller in size, consisting of a mere group of pro-life leaders who attended in person, along with a host of life enthusiasts from across the land who were only able to attend virtually. It is by design that the annual pro-life rally takes place during the same time period as the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the nation-altering 1973 U.S. Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion throughout the country. [more...]
