Stop the Confirmation of Radical General Brown to Head Our Military

By Brigitte Gabriel

We must call on Congress to immediately pass S.1811 'Military Merit, Fairness, and Equality Act of 2023' and NOT to confirm DEI Champion U.S. Air Force Gen. C.Q. Brown.

U.S. Air Force Gen. C.Q. Brown, who is Joe Biden's pick to be the next chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff is a full-throated leader of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs in the military. One example of his "woke-ism" occurred early in the summer of 2020, as nationwide protests and riots boiled over George Floyd’s murder, Brown posted a video message that was unusually personal for a member of the Joint Chiefs.

The recent Supreme Court Roberts decision in Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard abolished affirmative action as a legal practice, yet allowed an exception for military academy after the Biden nominated Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar asserted an argument, without qualification, that the military requires a 'diverse officer's corp,' ultimately allowing military academies to continue selection for diversity over merit. Do Gun-Control Groups Care What Really Causes Mass Shootings? Everytown Lawsuit Says No

By John Lott

The Biden administration has already put nearly 2,000 gun sellers out of business in just two years. Just a few years ago, a lawsuit helped drive the 200-year-old Remington Arms into bankruptcy. But activists won't stop suing gun shops and anyone else that comes close to the industry. Recently, attorneys from Everytown Law, the legal arm of Michael Bloomberg's gun-control group Everytown for Gun Safety, filed a lawsuit against a shop that sold the gun used in the fatal shooting of 10 people at a grocery store in Buffalo, New York, in May 2022. The murderer is a racist who specifically targeted racial minorities. Everytown claims the attack "could have been prevented," but in fact, the gun seller performed all of the proper background checks. [more...]

Biden Giving Away VA Resources to Illegals

By Paul Lawrence, Ph.D., Author of Veterans Benefits for YOU

While hundreds gather to protest housing illegal aliens in blue cities across the nation, the Biden administration is giving away our precious resources to the so-called "migrants" instead of the veterans. Assisting homeless veterans should be a priority over non-citizens, given their service to our country. This is another demonstration of how little the current administration cares about veterans. Voting with resources shows who they really think are important. Last year, Secretary Mayorkas testified before the House Appropriations Committee about diverting Veterans Affairs (VA) resources, doctors and nurses to help care for illegal immigrants. From time to time, foreign citizens volunteer for and are inducted into the U.S. armed forces. Such people who have been discharged from the armed forces under conditions other than dishonorable are entitled to benefits administered by VA.

Biden Admin Freed Illegal Aliens Brought in by ISIS Smuggler

By Daniel Greenfield

"Most are believed to be seeking a better life in the United States."

The Biden administration has rammed open the border and freed illegal alien invaders who claim 'asylum' while assigning them court dates in 2035. Anyone who wants to come to America and stay here just has to hop on a plane to Mexico, cross the border, and claim he's fleeing high crime or bad weather and he's in. Who's taking advantage of this? Everyone. Including terrorists. [more...]

Wall Street's China Risk Levels Rising

By Kenneth Rapoza

Chinese conglomerate and real estate developer Evergrande filed for bankruptcy protection in New York on August 17th. It owes bond investors $28.1 billion, including American bond investors. Losses are guaranteed. Wall Street used to love China. It was on the cusp of rivaling (and some say one day surpassing) the securities market in the United States.  Everyone is there. [more...]

Masculinity and the Future of the West

By Mark Tapson

An emasculated civilization is a doomed civilization.

What does it mean, exactly, for a civilization to be in decline? In the West's case, it means the most prosperous and productive, technologically and scientifically advanced, artistically glorious and humanized civilization in history is rapidly losing its momentum, its confidence in itself, its will to live. It is being subverted from within by a metastasizing neo-Marxist virus that is sabotaging our every economic, cultural, and societal structure, and dismantling and discarding every foundation of Western traditions and values. Children of the Lockdown

By James Hirsen

It's been almost three and a half years since public health officials first urged the locking down of America in order to prevent the spread of a virus. As talk of a possible repeat scenario grows louder, perhaps it might be prudent to stop and reflect on what we have gone through psychologically, socially, and emotionally, particularly with regard to our children. When the lockdown was implemented, some prominent professionals questioned the policy. For doing so, they were maligned and sometimes even censored. [more...]

Veteran Benefits – Earned by Veterans, Not an Entitlement

By Paul Lawrence, Ph.D., Author of Veterans Benefits for YOU

Serving in the military has several features. These include solid training, leadership opportunities, and competitive compensation. Generally, less recognized are the various monetary veteran benefits from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for those who served honorably. These are earned benefits, not entitlements. Veterans should be aware of these benefits, how they can be accessed, and, most importantly, how they can be used to improve post-service life. [more...]

Could the Chinese Daqi-1 Satellite Be Causing Wildfires in Hawaii, British Columbia, Eastern Canada and Washington State?

By Colonel (Ret.) John Mills, Author of The Nation Will Follow

The Daqi-1 Satellite is publicly stated as an "atmospheric environment monitoring satellite." In the world of Cloak and Dagger, you always have a cover story, actually several layers of cover stories. An atmospheric environment monitoring satellite? That description is so bland; it can mean just about anything. At first the U-2 was described as a weather research aircraft. That cover story lasted about 10 seconds once the first U-2 was shot down over the Soviet Union. We flew deep and wide until the Soviets could do something about it. [more...]

The Liar Sleeps Tonight

By Daniel Greenfield

What's the truth about Biden’s public naps?

Most presidents are fact checked about their policies; few have been fact checked about whether they were awake. Joe Biden has had the most sleeping fact checks of any other president, but that's because presidents usually don't fall asleep at major events like visits by foreign leaders or commemorations of mass deaths in a recent natural disaster. Even at the best of times, it's never that clear whether Biden is awake or asleep. But sometimes he closes his eyes and appears to drift off before stirring awake. And the media rushes in to argue that he wasn't really asleep. [more...]

On Biden's Newest False Claims About Guns

By John Lott

Recently, Biden 'tweeted' his support for an assault weapons ban, for safe storage requirements, for holding gun manufacturers liable for gun crimes, and for enacting universal background checks. Unfortunately, all of these measures will either have no effect or will increase crime. We have tried a federal assault weapon ban before, and it didn't save lives. In 2003, the last full year before the ban expired, the U.S. murder rate stood at 5.7 per 100,000 people. The murder rate stayed below that level until the COVID pandemic in 2020. In 2019, it was 5.0 per 100,000 people. [more...]

American Companies Profiting from Deals with China's Legacy Semiconductor Industry

By Kenneth Rapoza

Tighter export controls, use of CHIPS Act can halt China's strategy to dominate global market.

A new report, titled 'Cash Over Country,' co-written by the Coalition for a Prosperous America (CPA) and China Tech Threat (CTT) details how three leading American semiconductor equipment manufacturers (SEMs) - Applied Materials, KLA and Lam Research - are supporting China's flourishing legacy semiconductor industry at the cost of American national and economic security. The report calls out the U.S. government's failure to act to restrict the rise of China's legacy chip businesses as it instead focuses too narrowly on China's advanced chip sector. To address this, the report recommends a series of offensive and defensive measures to stop China's domination of the legacy chip market. [more...]

Gender Dysphoria in Kids - It's Time for Some Serious Research

By Tim Murphy, Author of The Christ Cure

Available studies are fraught with errors.

At a recent state psychological convention hosted by the Pennsylvania Psychological Association, I attended a presentation describing standards for "Writing Letters in Support of Gender-Affirming Medical Procedures." Gender dysphoria diagnosis is a "sense of unease that a person may have because of a mismatch between their biological sex and their gender identity" used by insurance companies and doctors for gender-affirming surgery or hormone treatment. In presentations of psychological standards, studies may be misquoted and poor research design overlooked. When clinical recommendations are made regardless of these errors, however, the impact of these errors is not benign. The seriousness of the outcome (irreversible gender-changing surgery and enactment of laws) requires strict adherence to objective science. [more...]

Georgia Grand Jury Indictment Released Before Grand Jury Indicted Trump

By Daniel Greenfield

"Sentence first - verdict afterwards."

Last week, I noted how worthless grand jury verdicts were. The Georgia grand jury is a good example... a reality that was brought home when the Trump indictment in Georgia appeared on the site even before the grand jury appears to have made it. Rubber stamps don't get much rubberier than that. Rather than addressing the reality of this, the media is in full swing accusing Reuters of perpetrating a right-wing conspiracy. [more...]

Sen. Rubio Asks Securities & Exchange Commission What It's Doing About China Stocks Coverup

By Kenneth Rapoza

Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) wants to know what the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is doing to protect investors from what increasingly looks like a purposeful move on the part of Beijing to conceal information about China companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges. In a letter sent to SEC Chairman Gary Gensler on Aug. 11, Rubio wrote that he was concerned about news reports claiming China was "pressuring firms to conceal information about the risks of doing business in China. If true, this effort is a direct challenge to American law and securities regulations." [more...]

Feminists' Fear and Loathing of Their Own Sons

By Mark Tapson

Stamping out the toxic masculinity from your teenage boy before it's too late.

HuffPost Personal recently posted an opinion piece titled "I Took My 15-Year-Old Son to See 'Barbie' Because I'm Worried He Could Become Ken," which at first I understandably took to be satire. But no, progressivism is often simply a parody of itself, and that is the case with this HuffPost piece. Beyond its unintentional entertainment value, however, it’s a revealing look into the mindset of feminists who wrestle with the misfortune of having borne one or more male children instead of daughters with whom they can bond over their shared oppression under the boot heel of – ugh – men. Taking Down the Deep State

By Colonel (Ret.) John Mills, Author of The Nation Will Follow

We now have courtroom level evidence.

Legal sufficiency is an important legal concept. Up until this time, there's been a lot of feelings, opinions, assertions, etc. The DOJ FD-1023s and the Dept. of Treasury Suspicious Activity Reports (over a 100) were an excellent first step. The blow up of the Hunter Biden plea deal provided even more substantive court room artifacts. Now, Devon Archer's stunning testimony is the icing on the cheesecake of legal sufficiency. Many members of Congress are lawyers and are beaten down to respect the concept of "legal sufficiency." We appear to have established legal sufficiency. We're at the tipping point - we need Dems to stand up and get on board - and they will, we just have to peel them off one at a time. Only the most crass and brazen Blue crazy doesn't see and smell the blood in the water at this time. [more...]

House Committee Wants Harvard Endowment, Foundation Money Out of China

By Kenneth Rapoza

The House Select Committee on the CCP introduced a bill that would ban the likes of Harvard and the Gates Foundation from investing in Chinese stocks and bonds. If they did, they'd lose their tax-exempt status. Meanwhile, Capitol Hill goes after all investments in China. This article explains what's up and what they should be looking at if they really want to restrict investments into Chinese companies the Biden Administration says are bad actor companies. A Florida Trial and a D.C. Grand Jury for Trump

By Daniel Greenfield

The elites may have to hold one of their show trials in Florida, but the grand jury had to be in D.C. A D.C. grand jury is an obvious rubber stamp for political prosecutors. A D.C. grand jury would indict a ham sandwich, as long as it was a Republican. That’s why the real show is in Washington, D.C. Going down to Florida is a bit inconvenient because it’s one of those provinces of the empire. [more...]

Even a New America's Beacon of Light Will Defeat Darkness

By Judd Dunning

We Americans hold a proud heritage of law and moral leadership in the world. We hold a greater obligation to all people to be especially swift in our justice in matters so morally black and white. It is never too late or too hard for us to change course on a matter so tantamount to the preservation of our American civilization. We must say no to sexual and drug trafficking of children and draw our own hard red line now. If any pervert, sociopath, drug-dealing criminal, or pedophile is involved in trafficking or fentanyl, they should be swiftly and permanently removed from our society. The woke district attorneys and political panderers must not be allowed to become modernist moral relativists or self-serving accommodationists on the backs and souls of our most vulnerable citizens. There is no middle ground on this. The nearly 20% recidivism rates are far too high a risk to our children. [more...]

The Left Loves Humanity but Hates People

By Mark Tapson

Ever wonder why communist regimes hypocritically adopt populist names like "The People’s Republic of" China or North Korea, yet they terrorize, oppress, starve, and slaughter by the millions the actual people who live in these collectivist hellholes?  Because leftists view the mass of humanity as simply a means to an end, and that end, of course, is power. People are dispensable. Similarly, Democrat politicians in America pontificate about their concern for "the people" but then push for big-government policies that invariably do more harm than good – because their ultimate mission is not to better the lives of real people but to seize and maintain power, which they then use to continue imposing their utopian vision onto the people – for their own good. Lessons on Communism from 'Doctor Zhivago'

By James Hirsen

"Doctor Zhivago" is a 1957 novel penned by Russian author Boris Pasternak which made its debut on the big screen in 1965 under the same title. The author embedded in his work the notion that every person is entitled to a private life and deserves respect as a human being. This was fundamentally irreconcilable with the communist maxim that the individual must be sacrificed to the collective. Consequently, the book was banned in the old Soviet Union, and the movie was not allowed to be made there. Instead, it was filmed mostly in Spain. The then-Soviet government hid the book from the Russian people, because the "Doctor Zhivago" story explicitly reveals the dark truths of communist tyranny. [more...]

The Ring is Closing on the Biden RICO Enterprise

By Colonel (Retired) John Mills, Author of The Nation Will Follow

The dramatic and unexpected proceedings in the Hunter Biden plea deal case in front of District Judge Maryellen Noreika on July 26, 2023 was a pivotal moment on the pathway to bigger events, including possible impeachment proceedings against Joe Biden and it's beginning to factually look like RICO level racketeering. The events in Judge Noreika's courtroom revealed the vulnerability of Hunter and even potentially his father including, but not limited to, extensive violations of the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA), non-reporting of income, income received from a foreign source or government, non-payment of taxes, and collusion with foreign interests that may be directly tied to foreign governments seeking influence over policy and decision making of the U.S. government.  Furthermore, it appears, the Department of Justice admitted that there are investigations ongoing in regards to Hunter and/or others related to Hunter that have not yet resolved. [more...]

Selective Stats Leave Suspicious Fingerprints All Over the Crime Debate

By John Lott

As gun violence has spiked across the country, Republicans have pointed to the steady stream of shootings in Democratic-controlled cities such as Chicago, Detroit, and St. Louis to argue that strict gun laws are not the main driver of mayhem. In response, Democrats and their supporters have tried to turn the tables on the GOP by noting that gun violence is highest in Republican states: "Gun Violence Worse in Red States. It’s Not Even Close," a headline in Politico proclaimed; "Red States Have Higher Gun Death Rates Than Blue States," Forbes reported. [more...]

American Sex Traffickers, Pedophiles and Fentanyl Dealers Must Face Appropriate Harsh Prejudice

By Judd Dunning

We are in a horrendous American awakening. Yet there is some light amidst the darkness. Our American free markets have just propelled to the box office charts a Hollywood film that takes on the twin sicknesses of pedophilia and drug-fueled child and sex trafficking. On a modest budget of $15 million, 'Sound of Freedom' has made over $131 million. 'Passion of The Christ' actor Jim Caviezel plays a former U.S. national security agent who leaves his government job to establish a non-profit organization dedicated to dismantling pedophilia networks. 'Sound of Freedom' has steamrolled over some of America’s most expensive summer blockbusters. There is no philosophical discussion or nuance. Harming children through sexual abuse and drugs is evil. The only solution for very harsh crimes is very harsh laws. Now.
