How to Impeach Obama… for Consumer Fraud

One-third of Americans want President Obama impeached. Although many Republican leaders, like House Speaker John Boehner, think there are no grounds for impeachment or just not enough evidence to convict, the group that supports impeachment thinks there is more than enough evidence ranging from the IRS scandal, to the Benghazi attack, to Fast and Furious, to various instances of government overreach and violations of the Constitution with executive orders. I believe they’ve all got it wrong. The perfect impeachment charge isn’t any of those. It isn’t even the soon-to-be-charge of violating the Constitution by giving amnesty to millions of illegal aliens through executive order (rumored to be coming within 30 days). President Obama committed fraud when he knowingly lied, saying: "If you like your insurance, you can keep it," "If you like your doctor, you can keep him" and "Your insurance premiums will not go up." There is no question Obama knew they were lies when he said them. AND THAT IS CLEARLY CONSUMER FRAUD! [more...]

Big Labor Racket Exposed

The continued reliance by big labor's "gasping dinosaurs" on political paybacks and intimidation campaigns to force unionize employees in an attempt to stave off extinction through increased "membership" is instead creating unintended consequences. Despite the Administration's attempt to push their radical agenda through their enforcement agencies (most notably the pro-labor National Labor Relations Board, Department of Labor and Occupational Safety and Health Administration), as well as progressive politicians in states across the country, a groundswell of opposition across the country is building as Americans are waking up to the inevitable economic and social destruction big labor is foisting upon America. Student Loan Defaults

Here is a very sad case that EVERYONE should know about. Steve Mason was a pastor earning $75,000 when he guaranteed his daughter Lisa's student loans. He and his family were, however, devastated when his daughter died of liver cancer. Sadly, if this wasn't bad enough, the student loan bills started coming in since Mason had co-signed on the $100,000 in private student loans that his daughter took out for nursing school, and the lenders wanted their money. Michelle O’s Menu 'Financial Disaster,' School District Says

Calling it a “financial disaster,” another school district is dropping out of the recently overhauled National School Lunch Program. Nicolet High School in Wisconsin’s Glendale school district says because of its financial losses last school year, it’s opting out for the 2014-15 school year. “We thought it would be a financial disaster for us this year with the full implementation (of the Healthy Hunger-Free Kids Act),” district business manager Jeff Dellutri said at a recent school board meeting. Dellutri told the board the district lost about $10,000 by being forced to serve “healthy” food students refuse to eat. Glendale is the latest Wisconsin district to revolt under the federal regulations. [more...]

The Immigration Problem: What are the Health Risks?

There are some troubling facts about the wave of immigration through the southern border that are coming to light despite efforts by the government to keep Americans in the dark. Those that have questions have been silenced using the usual tactics: cries of racism, selfishness and lack of compassion. However, questions need to be asked because the health of Americans is potentially at risk. The immigration problem is not about compassion; it's about politics. This is what has been said: Proponents of immigration have said that the wave of immigration is no different from the past. But historically immigrants that have come to America (e.g., Ellis Island) went through a structured process which allowed them to be checked for communicable diseases. In some cases they were quarantined until they no longer proposed a health threat and in other cases they were sent back to their country. Border patrol agents have confirmed that the immigrants flooding in are not checked for diseases because of the sheer volume and lack of manpower. [more frightening fallacies...]

Leader of the Free World?

I have heard the term "leader of the free world" for years, but never stopped to think about what "the free world" really meant. President Obama is referred to as the “leader of the free world.” To be fair, all American presidents since the Cold War-era have been referred to as leaders of the free world. The reason they were given that title was because of the freedoms that Americans enjoyed and the support that the American government gave to nations that were free or wanted to be free but may not have had the “military or economic muscle” to make it happen. The Obama Administration said the “world is pretty tranquil” at a recent press conference. Obama, himself, said there has never been a better time to be alive, with all the world peace, tranquility and economic activity. It’s a great time to be alive. Hmmm, really? In what universe? Obama's War on Corporate Deserters

As the U.S. corporate tax rate sits at the top of the global class, on July 24th, President Obama pushed Congress to draft a new law to shut the tax loophole many American corporations take advantage of when moving their headquarters overseas to cut their federal taxes. This proclamation was made before a gathering of supporters at the Los Angeles Technical College. The president cited indicated companies that use the loophole to lower their tax bills were unpatriotic. The president continued to chastise theses specific entities by stating, “Even as corporate profits are higher than ever, there’s a small but growing group of big corporations that are fleeing the country to get out of paying taxes. They’re technically renouncing their U.S. citizenship, they’re declaring their base someplace else even though most of their operations are here. You know some people are calling these companies ‘corporate deserters,’" the president added. [more...]

I Can Put Obama at the Scene of the Crime

My new book, The Murder of the Middle Class launched Monday July 14th across America. It’s about how America, the greatest nation in world history, is being destroyed by the purposeful murder of the middle class and death of the American dream. It is not happening by accident, mistake or coincidence. This is a purposeful plan. This is the greatest conspiracy in world history. The ringleader is Barack Obama and I can put Obama at the scene of the crime. How can I do that? I was Barack Obama’s classmate at Columbia University, class of ’83. You need to know about Obama and his plan to murder the middle class.  To stop it, we first have to understand it. [more...]

Hollywood Frets over Potential Murdoch Purchase of Time Warner

As news spread through Hollywood that Rupert Murdoch via 21st Century Fox had offered $80 billion to acquire Time Warner, an already anxious entertainment community started getting even more nervous.

The board of directors of Time Warner actually turned Murdoch’s offer down. Then in an apparent attempt to block additional bids, there was an almost immediate modification of the company’s bylaws. Fear that a conservative-leaning mogul such as Murdoch could gain power over Warner Bros., HBO, CNN, and the other Turner networks was palpable. Jane Fonda, who has a connection to CNN having been married to its former owner, Ted Turner, expressed a mixture of anger, dismay, and trepidation over the Murdoch acquisition possibility. “I think it would be a catastrophe,” Fonda told The Wrap. “If that happens I’m going to be so angry at the FCC. They cannot let that happen,” she said. [more...]

White House-linked Think Tank: Mascot Names Create ‘Hostile Educational Environments’

The Center of American Progress is attempting to revive the Washington Redskins name controversy with a new report calling for school districts to ban the name. The report, titled “Missing the Point,” says schools that have Native American-related mascot names create a “hostile educational environment.” According to the Indy Star, the report recommends: [more...]

Obamacare and You

You have probably heard the saying, 'No good deed goes unpunished." This seems to be very true with Obamacare. Under the new law, if you have less than 50 employees, you don't need to provide health insurance. However, if you do provide health insurance or even worse, reimburse employees for their premiums, it could be a VERY costly mistake. How costly? How about $36,500 per employee! Yes, I am not kidding. Here is what you need to know: [more…]

Trump Plaza Closing

Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino, considered a first-class experience, located at the center of Atlantic City’s celebrated boardwalk, will close its gold-plated doors indefinitely. The establishment has officially filed proceedings to lay off more than 1,000 workers in prelude to the shutdown in September. The Trump Plaza will join a graveyard of other Atlantic City resorts that have fallen on financial hardships after suffering damage from a sequence of damaging storms and lost revenue to competition in several nearby states that have recently legalized gambling. Are Terrorist Cells Invading Our Southern Border?

The illegal immigrant crisis at our southern border is a deliberate attempt to foment a crisis and overwhelm the system, leading to the breakdown of our society. I’m talking about the so-called Cloward-Piven Plan, devised by a pair of radical academics in the 1960s. I was in college at Columbia University with Obama in the early 1980s. Our classmates talked about the Cloward-Piven Plan all the time. They couldn’t wait to implement it. Now Obama is clearly carrying it out right in front of our eyes. The things most conservative commentators worry about are small compared with what I suspect is really happening, which is stranger, and far more shocking, than fiction. [more...]

Palestinians’ Prize for Terror

Secretary of State John Kerry - who was heard last Sunday on an open mike between Sunday TV appearances disparaging Israel’s efforts to limit civilian casualties in Gaza - arrived in Cairo on July 21st to frantically cobble together an immediate ceasefire. Seeking the help of Egypt and the United Nations, and even the Hamas-friendly countries of Turkey and Qatar, Kerry is looking for some kind of consensus by the major players in the region for a peace-at-any price formula. He is insisting on a premature ceasefire before Israel is able to find and destroy all the tunnels built under Palestinian civilians’ homes, schools and hospitals, which Hamas is using to hide its weapons and as bases from which to sneak its jihadists into Israel for the purpose of abducting or killing its citizens. Obama’s Purposeful Crisis

Obama wants our good-hearted Christian nation to see women, children, and families begging for help, begging to live the “American Dream.” He wants immigrants to be in the worst possible shape after a long journey from Central America - starving, injured, diseased - in such terrible shape our hearts break and we agree to take them all in. He is purposely creating a crisis, hoping to force us to overreact by agreeing not only to help these new arrivals, but by giving amnesty for twelve million other illegals already here. He wants us to approve government expansion and billions in new spending. Will he use that money to “solve” the crisis? No! He’ll use it to pry open the borders even wider, allow millions more into America, pay for lawyers for each of them (to prevent deportation), and hand them billions in welfare, food stamps, aid to dependent children, education, and free meals at school - all paid for by the middle class.  Read more in my new book, The Murder of the Middle Class. ‘Purge’ Creators Sued for Alleged Story Stealing

On the very day that “The Purge: Anarchy” opened domestically, a lawsuit was filed in federal court against Universal, United Talent Agency, and James DeMonaco, the individual who directed and wrote the script for the sequel as well as the original film. Both the original “Purge” and the sequel are based on the fictitious premise that the United States sets aside 12 hours per year, a time period in which criminal activity is officially allowed and violence and mayhem ensue as a result. The plaintiff in the lawsuit against the aforementioned parties is a writer named Douglas Jordan-Benel, who claims that the plot for the original 2013 film, “The Purge,” was unlawfully taken. Microsoft Layoffs: Restructuring to Increase Profits

Microsoft revealed it was releasing 18,000 jobs of its workforce on July 17th. It’s the largest layoff in the company’s history. In addition to the announcement of the massive layoffs, Microsoft has also informed thousands of its contract workforces that they will be touched by the job cuts as well. Though this may not appear as severe of a blow as the cuts are for employees, it’s essential to understand just how many contractors this policy will affect. How much will these drastic changes affect the culture, and more importantly, the viability of Microsoft? Due to the recent events, the company will no longer be considered as a secure place of full-time and contract employment, the company must make immense modifications to guarantee that it can sustain the loyalty of its employees, or jeopardize tumbling downward in the face of other technology companies that will certainly take full advantage of the newly unemployed talent currently seeking professional refuge. The layoffs are considered a reformation as the company shifts its focus from electronic programs such as Office and Windows products into phones and mobile devices. [more...]

Who is “Racist?”

Many of those on the Left consistently call Conservatives, Christians, Republicans and others with whom they don’t agree “racists.” Why? According to “them,” we are racists because we think the current president can’t govern. He treats his job as if he is the president of a country club and all he has to do to get what he wants is raise membership dues. Why does that make me racist? Because he is black and I am white. Not because I am expressing my own opinion about his job performance (or lack thereof) but because of skin color, which they brought into the conversation. Yet none of that fits the true term or even comes close to the definition of racism. [more...]

Immigration Reform - Backed By Business

Businesses are increasing their support for reform, as the U.S. struggles with an immigration calamity at its borders. The main reason for the overwhelming support from businesses in the hospitality and restaurant industries is due to the lack of employees. They struggle to find adequate amounts of people willing to take effort-exhaustive jobs. The majority of cooks and dishwashers are recent immigrants. U.S.-born workers either don't apply for those jobs or won't keep them long term. The Associated General Contractors of America, a group for builders, is also insistent for immigration reform. This is due to the 33% of construction companies that are having difficulties with labor deficiencies. The shortages are hurting the nation's housing recovery. [more...]

Ceasefire Goes Up in Flames

An attempted ceasefire brokered by Egypt has literally gone up in flames. Right after a ceasefire proposed by Egypt, which Israel accepted, was due to go into effect, Hamas and its co-jihadists gave their answer by firing multiple rockets from Gaza aimed at Israeli civilians. Hamas's armed wing, the Izz el-Deen al-Qassam Brigades, declared that its attacks against Israel would "increase in ferocity and intensity." That is one promise they have managed to keep. [more...]

School Superintendent Resigns after She's Busted Plagiarizing Commencement Speech

A school superintendent found out the hard way it's a bad idea to rip off a wildly popular speech given by a Navy admiral that's available on YouTube. Mansfield, Massachusetts school superintendent Brenda Hodges resigned after it was discovered she had plagiarized her commencement speech. As the outcry grew for the superintendent to step down, she said, "I don't think it rose to the level of plagiarism. I have given considerable thought as to my role within the school district in light of the recent commencement speech controversy. I believe that the school system can continue to make more progress if I am not a distraction," Hodges wrote in a letter to the school board announcing her resignation. [more...]

Obama the 'Manchurian Candidate'

The greatest conspiracy in world history is being carried out by the real-life "Manchurian Candidate": President Barack Obama. My definition of a "Manchurian Candidate" is a person who hates everything America stands for and whose goal is to win the presidency for the express purpose of destroying the greatest nation, the greatest economic system, and the greatest middle class in world history. That, my friends, describes Obama. I'm not basing it on rumors or innuendo; I'm basing it on the facts, which I lay out more fully in my new book, The Murder of the Middle Class. [more...]

The More You See of Her, the Less You Like Her

Hillary has a terminal disease for a politician: The more you see of her, the less you like her. Sure, the feminist left likes her - up to a point; they might actually prefer Warren as the first woman P.O.T.U.S. - but mainstream Americans seem to like Hillary more when she is out of sight. Her ratings were higher in 2013 when she was not on TV; the minute she started the book tour and was seen almost hourly on national television, her numbers began to decline. [more...]

Open Borders Costing Americans Jobs and Depressing Wages

The most recent jobs report proclaimed that 288,000 new jobs were created and that unemployment dipped to 6.1%. The Obama Administration’s portrayal of the report as indicative of an economic recovery is more disingenuous rhetoric from a President and an administration that was trained by the likes of the SEIU and Bill Ayres. Much like the misinformation spewed by big labor during Corporate Campaigns to force unionize employees, the intent is to bedazzle the naive, uninformed and easily misled with propaganda designed to achieve its goals.

The misleading jobs report cited by the administration, as well as the President’s refusal to address the concern of our open borders, is reminiscent of Bill Ayers' tactics except, instead of lobbing bombs, the President uses flowery and misleading rhetoric to achieve the destruction of the nation’s work force and economy. Conveniently, the jobs report failed to identify that the net 288,000 jobs consists of approximately 500,000 full-time jobs lost and replaced by 788,000 part-time jobs, realistically providing less take-home pay for employees and failing to qualify them for the mandates of employer-provided health care insurance. Thank you Affordable Care Act (ACA)! [more...]

"Hey, Obama! Where's My Mortgage Payment?"
Famous cheerleader for prez now says: 'He lied about everything'

In his new full-length documentary film, There's No Place Like Utopia, Joel Gilbert found Peggy Joseph, the Florida voter who became infamous during the 2008 presidential campaign for saying Barack Obama would "pay for my gas and my mortgage." Surprisingly, some six years into the Obama presidency, Joseph has turned against the president, disappointed that he did not deliver on his "hope and change" campaign promises. Maximizing Social Security Benefits

Maximizing social security benefits isn't as easy as you may think. In order to accomplish this, you need to navigate the byzantine rules in order to figure out when to start receiving social security benefits; after all, you can start taking it anywhere between ages 62 and 70. Spouses normally can get 50% of the full retirement benefits, which can also be taken between 62 and 70. There are even survivor's benefits. Government publications on all this are not very clear. Let's face it; it's not in the interest of the government to have all Americans maximize their benefits. Thus, I'd like to discuss some of the rules that deal with spousal benefits, which could apply to just about everyone in the country. [more...]

My Obamacare Federal Lawsuit

All the President's men believe that an average American citizen doesn't have the right to question the actions of this administration. That's what they argued against me, a Florida orthodontist who decided to stand up against an administration that has taken the law into its own hands. As an American, I simply can't lie down and allow this administration to run roughshod all over the Constitution. I can't stay silent while a Congress of one (the President) decides to make and change laws based on his whims. That's why I decided to take my Obamacare federal lawsuit to the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta. [more...]

Obama's "Shining" Accomplishments

The sign of a good leader is that he takes responsibility for everything - good, bad or mediocre. President Obama takes responsibility for all things he thinks are good. For everything that fails, it's someone else's fault. The IRS corruption - two rogue agents in Ohio were at fault. The Benghazi debacle - Secretary of State's fault... maybe. The illegal invasion - it's the GOP's fault. He can never articulate what his plan is on the front end or what it was on the back end. Leaders are quick, decisive, and know what they want or need to do and they know the best people to assign to carry it out. This president has no clue. [more...]

The Campaigner-in-Chief

Entering office under a hopeful banner, the president and his administration are now mired in a slew of scandals. When the president first ran for office, he repeated the campaign slogan "hope and change," and much of the nation thought he was talking about virtue. They liked what they heard. We are, after all, a country on a quest for the ideal - always have been and always will be.

The president’s notions and those of the country are very different indeed. Nothing could be more illustrative of this point than the places in which the president can be found during these difficult times - on one campaign run after another, grabbing for cash, perhaps in hopes of saving, among other things, a sinking legacy.

Amid the country’s obvious distress and suffering, last week the president set off on a Hollywood fundraising tour. He meandered over to the opulent Austin, Texas mansion of director Robert Rodriguez, where a crowd of willing Left Coast donors shelled out $32,400 a head to help the Democratic National Committee (DNC) buttress their midterm election coffers. Some paid $5,000 to be admitted and were able to have their picture taken with the self-professed non-photo op president. Obama refuses to show up at the site of the border crisis but instead campaigns at the home of a pro-illegal immigration movie director. [more...]

The Taxpayer Advocate

News Outlets Bend to Pressure, Drop the Word "Illegal"
By Joe Messina

I read this story: "Is the I-Word the New N-Word?" and it sounded so ridiculous that mentally, I just wanted to dismiss it because, I mean really,  who's going to take this seriously? The Hobby Lobby Judgment

On June 30th, the Supreme Court ruled that family-owned corporations are not required to provide their employees with insurance coverage for birth control, siting federal protection of religious freedom. The judgment was in favor of the retail franchise Hobby Lobby. In this latest effort to abort Obamacare, the target was focused on the ACA's requirement that for-profit companies afford their employees insurance coverage for contraception. Justice Samuel Alito ruled that the federal law protecting religious freedom could in fact be allocated to for-profit corporations whose owners stand by faithfully held religious "moralities." A corporation claims its religious beliefs (as if for-profit entities can have religious beliefs) are being violated by having to provide birth control through their insurance plans, yet it can invest in the very pharmaceutical companies that produce these birth control products. I am personally not a fan of Obamacare, but in siding with Hobby Lobby, the Supreme Court may have just opened the doors for other companies to cite their religious freedoms as the basis for "other" religious discrimination. Hamas's Nazi-Style Rocket Blitz

The Palestinian unity government, via its co-equal partner Hamas, is committing war crimes and crimes against humanity against Israeli civilians.  Hamas has launched scores of rockets from Gaza aimed at major Israeli cities covering more than half of Israel, including Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa and Caesarea. The attacks have escalated from 6 on June 27th to more than 160 on July 8th. This is Hamas's version of the Nazi-style air blitz, meant to terrorize the Israeli population into submission. Imitating Nazi tactics is a logical extension of the great esteem which Hamas leaders and their Palestinian forebears have held for Adolf Hitler. Hollywood's Summer Box-office Catastrophe

In terms of box-office performance, summer 2014 is not exactly turning out to be the blockbuster season Hollywood had been hoping for. The Fourth of July holiday weekend, which is typically a key revenue generating time period for Hollywood, has turned out to be an unmitigated disaster.

Newly released movies actually brought in 44 percent fewer dollars than they did in last year’s matching time slot, handing the entertainment industry one of the worst Independence Day weekends it has ever experienced.

Contributing to the downtrend is the raunchy R-rated film "Tammy," which stars Melissa McCarthy. The comedy recently underperformed in a dramatic way, bringing in an estimated $21 million over the weekend and a total gross of $33 million since its release. By comparison, analysts and studio executives harbored expectations that the movie would gross around $45 million in the five-day span. [more...]

Rank and File Union Membership Post Victories

On Monday the U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) issued its decision in the matter of Harris v. Quinn. In its decision not to exempt all public workers from paying union dues, it was nevertheless apparent that workers were handed a victory over unions. In a 5-4 ruling following political lines, SCOTUS affirmed that just because home healthcare workers received Medicaid payments they were not employees of a government agency and subject to forced unionism or required to pay dues because of supposed union representation. The irony of this is that many of the home healthcare workers are independent contractors, not state workers, who have been forced to pay forced union dues because of the SEIU's close political ties to former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich.  It could have been much worse for organized labor if SCOTUS had determined, as it should have, that no public employees should be forced to be part of the union or pay union affiliation/representation fees. Due to the narrow ruling, Big Labor was able to Dodge a Bullet with SCOTUS. [more...]

Hillary Clinton - The Mitt Romney of 2016

Since becoming the first lady of the United States in 1993, Hillary Clinton has lived an illustrious life that most Americans will never get the benefit of experiencing. Although revered by many for her outstanding resume, New York's first female Senator and Former Secretary of State has recently suffered a disconnect with voters. Hillary is often considered to be out of touch to the working class American. Many view her as an elitist, contrary to her husband who was adored by the public due to his convincing "everyday American" manner. Fifty-five percent of voters believe that Hillary is experienced and qualified enough to handle the presidency. However, like Mitt Romney, the public isn't convinced they can trust her. More voters have doubts about her trustworthiness than those who believe she is honest and will work for the common man. [more...]

America - Biggest Bankroller of Palestinian Killers

The search for the three abducted Israeli teenagers, Eyal Yifrach, Gilad Shaar, and Naftali Frenkel (who held Israeli and American citizenship), ended on June 30th with the grisly discovery of their bodies in a shallow grave near the West Bank city of Hebron. They were found by civilian volunteers from an Israeli field school in the area, who alerted Israeli security forces. The boys appeared to have been shot, perhaps shortly after the abrupt ending of a cell phone call from one of the teens in which he said, "I was kidnapped." Cartridges of bullets were found in the burnt out vehicle that was determined to be the car carrying the kidnapped teens. [more...]
