Perry Johnson Slams Colorado Supreme Court for Politicizing Legal Process by Banning Trump from Ballot

Perry Johnson, Republican businessman and former presidential candidate, has slammed the Colorado Supreme Court following its ruling that Donald Trump is disqualified from being named on the ballot in the state. Johnson said, “The Colorado decision is an unconstitutional attack on democracy. Political activist judges have overstepped their authority in an almost unfathomable way to remove a candidate for federal office from the ballot because they are afraid he is going to win. They’re right about one thing – President Trump will win the Presidency in 2024. Whether you like that or not, in defense of our constitution, Republicans, Democrats and Independents alike should be condemning this reckless decision from the Colorado Supreme Court." [more...]

Top 20 Conservative Resolutions For 2024 to Restore and Save America

By Judd Dunning

It's that time again. Through Christmas and Hanukkah, we renew ourselves, our traditionally Judeo-Christian Americanism, our miracle-based seasons of light, and divine forgiveness and love. When well-practiced, we emerge soulfully refreshed. With a new year ahead, we all stand in front of truly unlimited potential. Each American new year is a beautifully unwritten story, just as it was in 1776. In our great country, one undeniable tenet ringing true is that anything always remains possible. The essence of our American dream lies ahead. What matters still is what we choose to boldly envision, think, speak, and then manifest into our American reality via our actions. Numerous acts of divine providence have undeniably protected and moved us forward against incredible odds. That very divine presence that created this great country a mere 247 years ago hasn't changed much. God still has our back and seeks to support American goodness through our good people.

Do Absentee and Mail-in Ballots Make It Easier to Pay People for Voting?

By Dr. John Lott

A new Rasmussen Reports survey finds that, among voters who used absentee or mail-in ballots in November 2020, eight percent said they were paid or rewarded for voting. Both Biden and Trump voters claim they got paid for voting, but it was more common among self-identified Biden voters. With vote harvesting, political operatives can now pick up ballots from voters and see how votes were cast. When a ballot is no longer secret, vote buying becomes possible. [more...]

U.S. Trade Deal with The U.K. Dies Quietly... Rest in Peace

By Kenneth Rapoza, Industry Analyst from the Coalition for a Prosperous America

When Joe Biden was elected President, many on Wall Street and some on Capitol Hill believed it would be a return to the pre-2018 years of no trade disputes with China and the pursuit of new free trade deals.  Biden delivered nothing of the sort. Despite a handful of legislators bemoaning the fact that the U.S. under Biden is not promoting trade with countries around the world, there was one nation that had a chance, albeit a slim one, to get it done: The United Kingdom. The U.S.-U.K. trade deal was a hot topic for a little while. Then it was not. And now it is dead. [more...]

The "Insurrection Clause" Doesn't Apply Without a Declaration of Insurrection

By Daniel Greenfield

Colorado judges don't get to declare that there was a federal insurrection.

The (unconstitutional) Colorado decision barring President Trump from the ballot has unleashed a wave of debates about whether the 3rd section of the 14th Amendment actually requires conviction, whether it’s meant to be implemented by Congress and other such matters. Is it a criminal matter or a civil matter? For the "insurrection clause" to apply, there has to be an insurrection. That means there has to be a declaration of insurrection. [more...]

Yemenite Jewry Under the Sharia Through the Jews' Mass Exodus After 1948

By Andrew Bostom, Author of The Legacy of Islamic Antisemitism

"Judging by Arabic sources, the Jews of South Arabia were . . . dealt with . . . in fairly strict accordance with the shariah relating to the protected faiths . . . [for example] Outside the centralized Yemenite administration the Jew was protected by the Sultan, or even by the individual tribe; such was the case on the Habbanis. The protector would of course, be of the arms-bearing [1] classes or perhaps of the religious aristocracy. In South Arabia, it is shameful to kill a Jew, as it would be to kill a woman. [more...]

David Horowitz's 'The RADICAL MIND' Leading the Fight

From election rigging to BLM to Hamas on campus, David Horowitz warned us - every step of the way - about all the leftists' plots... and taught us how to fight them.

As Americans everywhere watch the waning of 2023 take us to a new future of foreboding uncertainty, we can't help but be filled with apprehension about the changes that have taken place in our country - things that we were warned would "fundamentally change America" forever. Most of us were optimistic in our certainty that the phrase meant 'they' would fix America's problems, certainly not exacerbate them.

David Horowitz, legendary author and activist, has released his greatest and most profound message to the world in his bestselling book, THE RADICAL MIND: The Destructive Plans of the Woke Left. It is both a stark warning and call to arms to protect America from decline, ruin, and disgrace. It identifies the crisis facing the nation as a crisis of faith in the Constitution that has shaped our destiny, faith in individual freedom and accountability, faith in the principle of equality before the law. At stake? Nothing less than the American way of life and the liberty and freedoms all Americans enjoy.

Let us recall that twenty years before states from California to New York were exploring racial reparations for slavery, David Horowitz was campaigning against them. Reparations, he warned in 'The Death of the Civil Rights Movement,' "is fast becoming the next big 'civil rights' thing." That was in 2001. College papers, including at Harvard and Columbia, rejected his ads which laid out, "ten reasons why reparations for slavery is a bad idea - and racist too." Campus events scheduled for Black History Month turned violent and newspapers that published the ads were burned.

That didn’t stop David Horowitz. It never did. He held public debates, made personal appearances and never backed down. His battle against racial reparations was covered by media outlets around the country and was described in his own book, ‘Uncivil Wars: The Controversy over Reparations for Slavery’ which is still the definitive response to the policy.

But Horowitz was doing more than fighting against a policy, he was attacking the corruption of a movement that he had once supported. Anticipating BLM, he wrote that there's no longer a civil rights movement searching for justice; "there is only a self-righteous, fact-denying lynch mob looking for white victims and law enforcement officials to make the targets of their wrath."

Thirty years later, the David Horowitz Freedom Center continues exposing the leftist racists, from BLM and critical race theory to our series on racist mayors because of that guiding vision. David’s consistent message over the years has been that the conservative movement does not know how to fight. The mission of a man who had cut his teeth on the farthest extremes of the Left was to teach us how to take on the Left and that’s why he always said that the David Horowitz Freedom Center is not a think-tank, it’s a battle tank. And we are still a battle tank because David Horowitz showed us how to fight... and THE RADICAL MIND is his most dire warning yet. [more...]

Biased Media Coverage on Crime

By Dr. John Lott

Almost 80% of Americans and 92% of Republicans think crime has gone up. It actually fell in 2023. Yes, murder fell in 2023, but is still higher than in 2018 and 2019. The media might make a big deal about the historically large drop in murder from 2022 to 2023, but they fail to mention that comes after the even bigger historically large increase that occurred between 2019 and 2020. Indeed, the murder rate is still higher than it was in 2019. When asked if crime has gone up, the question is relative to when. The 2023 murder rate using the data for the first three quarters of 2023 is 5% higher than in 2019 and 7% higher than in 2018. [more...]

ADL and the Global Pandemic of Muslim Jew-Hatred

By Andrew Bostom, Author of The Legacy of Islamic Antisemitism

For two decades, ADL has been documenting, then downplaying, this uniquely Muslim scourge.

I was introduced to the Anti-Defamation League (ADL)'s global Antisemitism survey data, indirectly, in 2006. An analysis of ADL's 2004 Western European data was published August 2006, in the The Journal of Conflict Resolution. The study's authors confirmed their rather mundane a priori hypothesis: Anti-Israel sentiment was a strong, independent predictor of Antisemitism. De-emphasized, and noted only in passing by these authors, was a much more original and striking finding: In a controlled comparison to Western European Christians, Western European Muslims were nearly 8-fold more likely to evidence extreme Antisemitism as gauged by agreement with at least 6 of 11 Antisemitic stereotypes. More disturbing and auguring, a pattern of deliberate minimization which persists to this day, the original 2004 34pp ADL survey report of 2004 made no mention of the Muslim sample at all. Get Ready for More Supply Chain Disruptions

By Colonel (Ret.) John Mills, Author of War Against the Deep State

The Red Sea/Gulf of Aden is essentially closed for commercial traffic due to attacks on shipping by the Houthis of Yemen, which means the Suez Canal is not a viable transit point for world commerce. The Houthis are sub-contractors for Iran and Iran's master is China. This is China squeezing Europe through proxies. America does not really need the Suez Canal for trade or energy; our chokepoint is the Panama Canal. Without the Suez, though, world trade is upset which means Europe starts seeking other routes and sources, which begins to interlope into American supply chains. This will lead to disruptions and inflation for America. [more...]

House China Select Committee Has Big Recommendations for Congress In 2024

Empire State Building Honors Country Responsible for 9/11

Christians Could Do More to Boot Satan at Christmas

By Cheryl Chumley

America was founded on Judeo-Christian principles of light, not satanic lies, and darkness.

It’s the Christmas season - a time of joy and celebration of the birth of humanity's savior, Jesus Christ. So, of course, Satan and his minions can't allow those celebrations to go forth untouched. The Capitol building in Iowa now includes a display of a silver-gilded ram’s head atop a torso draped in red ribbon, a representation of the pagan figure called Baphomet. Why? Christians, followers of Jesus, the faithful could boot these wicked displays, if enough voices cried out and demanded their removal. But... they allow tolerance for the devil, sympathy for the devil... concessions for the devil. [more...]

The Michigan Republican Party is Broke and Woefully Unprepared for 2024

By Perry Johnson, Former Presidential Candidate

I believe in a united Republican Party, but at a certain point we have to be prepared to recognize current party leadership is doing more harm than good as they face hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of outstanding debts while also armed with astoundingly few fundraising dollars to help us take back the White House and Michigan seats next year. It is especially alarming that while fundraising efforts remain at what must be a historic all time low, party leadership felt it necessary to spend one third of that amount to bring in an actor as guest speaker during September's Mackinac conference - a debt which remains outstanding. The party is in financial shambles due to its own negligence and dereliction of duty. When a promise to delegates and voters is so thoroughly and obviously broken, it is time to forge a new path ahead and elect new leaders to bring us to victory. [more...]

Alex Jones' 'X' Reinstatement a Win for Free Speech

By Cheryl Chumley

In America, it's offensive speech that gets the most protection.

Seventy percent of X users said Infowars host Alex Jones should see his social media account restored... and BOOM!, like that, he’s back; Elon Musk reactivated his platform. This is a major win for free speech. In America, it’s not unlawful to be a conspiracy theorist. Nor should it be. And handing a select few in politics or in the Big Tech offices filled with leftists who do government's bidding the right to determine what's conspiracy versus what's not - well, just look back on the coronavirus years to see where that leads. All those with dissenting views are silenced. [more...]

A Massacre of History in Colorado

By Bruce Gilley, Author of The Case For Colonialism

Every school child in Colorado is taught about the Sand Creek Massacre of 1864. On a wintry day in November of that year, an untrained and undisciplined territorial militia attacked an Indian camp near the eastern border of the territory leaving 150 to 200 dead. The tragedy has long been the subject of roiling debate about who or what was to blame. When the History Colorado Center opened a new exhibit on the event in 2012, visitors were offered competing perspectives of Indian, soldier, and settler. [more...]

The Opening Salvo of "Calming" Qur'anic Jew-Hatred

By Andrew Bostom, Author of The Legacy of Islamic Antisemitism

Apparently daily, repetitive pious Muslim indoctrination in "sacralized" Jew-hatred may also "reduce stress" for hospitalized Muslims. This past week (published 12/7/23), nonpareil Iranian academics informed us in a peer reviewed, pooled analysis of existing "data," that Qur'an recitation, "can reduce stress levels, and bolster overall mental well-being." The Quran's brief introductory chapter ("sura") of 7 very short verses, known as the "fatiha" ("opening"), was singled out for its alleged capacity to reduce stress among hospitalized patients admitted to the intensive care unit. Congress Caves (Temporarily) on FISA Section 702

By Colonel (Ret.) John Mills, Author of War Against the Deep State

702 needs to be ended, this hopefully will be the last extension.

Speaker of the House Johnson flip-flopped on this topic and now the language to give a short live extension to Section 702 looks like it's back in the FY 2024 National Defense Authorization Act. I've been in on several debates inside the wire on past extensions and use of Section 702. At this point in time, it is being used as justification for large data collection without a warrant. The whole program needs to be cancelled. What is happening is what I've seen before. When senior leaders in the Executive and Legislative Branches are briefed, they become intoxicated with the scope, scale, and power of this operation. Whether it's legal or not gets thrown out the window. 702 along with the 2013 Smith-Mundt Update and the Foreign Influence Task Force are targeting the American people at a breathtaking scope, scale, and velocity. Time to shut this down and have complete transparency and accountability. [more...]

The Michigan GOP Must Reform to Win

By Perry Johnson, Former Presidential Candidate

The Michigan Republican Party, like its national counterpart, must take stock of its failures and begin a new chapter if it wishes to take down Joe Biden and the Democrats in the Republican primary and general election next year. Last year, the party lost its majority in the state Legislature for the first time in 40 years – a crushing and demoralizing defeat for Republican voters across the state. Yet there appears to have been little effort made throughout the past year to reform the state party and ready it for next year’s elections. [more...]

Decline in New Gun Permits Doesn't Tell Whole Story About How Many Americans Carry

By Dr. John Lott

Foxnews.com recently reported: Gun Crime Expert Blasts Red State 'Cherry-Picking' By Yale Professor in Senate Hearing: 'Political Bias'. Republican senator and Yale School of Public Health dean sparred on gun crime, and I told Fox News Digital it was an example of how the left frames data in a way that misleadingly makes it seem like Republican-controlled areas are most plagued by crime. Also, the number of concealed carry permit holders in the U.S. dropped slightly this year, but the number of Americans carrying a concealed firearm has likely increased overall due to more than half of U.S. states enacting laws that do not require eligible residents to obtain a permit, according to the author of a new study examining gun data. I've been tracking the number of concealed carry permits since 1998, and what you find is that this is the first year that there’s actually been a drop in the number of concealed carry permits. It’s not very much, but you basically see two different types of states. In the constitutional carry states, there was a drop. In all the other states, there was an increase. [more...]

Climate Worshippers Gather in Oil-Rich UAE to Pray to Pagan God of Green

Let the hypocrisy and elitism begin!

By Cheryl Chumley

Secretary-General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres kicked off COP28 in United Arab Emirates, land of oil, by talking about a couple of melting glaciers as proof of the need for people to stop driving, flying, eating meat and using gas stoves, and then adding - in reference to the droughts and floods that follow ice melts: "but this is just one symptom of the sickness bringing our climate to its knees" (whatever that means). At this point, does it even matter what the climate alarmists say? Those who worship the green goddess of environmentalism know they don't even have to take a stab at talking real science anymore. [more...]

Grievance-Based Policy Analysis

By Bruce Gilley, Author of The Case For Colonialism

Since the Nixon administration, the federal government has been required to justify the use of public resources using benefit-cost analysis. This method, known as BCA, says that a regulation or a spending item should be approved only if the expected benefits exceed the expected costs. Earlier this year, the Biden administration finalized new rules that will allow bureaucrats to juice the results of BCA in favor of privileged identity groups. This risks undermining the integrity of BCA as a tool for rational policy debate and politicizing one of the last non-political areas of government decision-making. Those revisions were all confirmed in the final rules issued on November 9. [more...]

Geert Wilders and the Liberal Jewish Intelligentsia

By Andrew Bostom, Author of The Legacy of Islamic Antisemitism

Support for truthtellers about Islam and antisemitism is the litmus test for liberal Jews' post-Oct. 7 awakening.

An alleged post-October 7, 2023 epiphany of the liberal Jewish intelligentsia has occurred, embodied by journalist Bari Weiss, and her much ballyhooed 11/10/23 Federalist Society speech. In that address, Ms. Weiss proclaimed, "Look at your enemies and your allies... I know that in the fight for the West, I know who my allies are." I maintain that unequivocal support for Geert Wilders and the PVV - bold, informed truthtellers on Islam and the Jews - is a litmus test for the "post-October 7th" sincerity of Bari Weiss, and other avatars of the liberal Jewish intelligentsia.
