Why Young Mamdani Socialists Blame Everything on Capitalism

By Todd Sheets, Author of 2008: What Really Happened

For nearly a century, our market-driven system did a remarkable job of keeping the key factors for home affordability (home prices, mortgage rates, and incomes) aligned and of preventing against national booms and busts. This is why star stock picker Peter Lynch recommended (in the late 1980s) that most people buy a home before considering stocks. The smooth functioning of these markets through two World Wars, the Great Depression and the Great Inflation of the 1970s, raises tough questions for young socialists (convinced that Mamdani type candidates are the answer to their problems) who have been taught that recent problems should be blamed on capitalism. Rather, this history suggests that the Bubble, the Financial Crisis and recent affordability problems are the result of some new dynamic that brought the Long Golden Age of Housing to an end. The Spiritual War of Oct. 7

By Daniel Greenfield, CEO of the Horowitz Freedom Center

It's all a lie. The Oct 7 massacres were not carried out to create a 'Palestinian' state, to break out of an 'open air prison' in Gaza or any of the lies the media has systemically deluged us with. They did it to capture Jerusalem. That's why Hamas named the operation 'Al-Aqsa Flood’ after the victory mosque formerly planted by Muslim invaders on the site of the Jewish Temple. That's why Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh began his Oct 7 invasion speech with complaints about Jewish presence prayers at the Temple site near the Al-Aqsa mosque. That's why the Hamas emblem features the Al-Aqsa mosque between two crossed swords. Israeli soldiers who served in Gaza reported seeing those same images in homes around Gaza after the Islamic Jihadist group had spent a generation riling up the Muslim population to launch a holy war to conquer Jerusalem. And it's not just Hamas. [more...] Order Daniel Greenfield’s new eBook NOW!

Pharmaceutical 232 Must Cover Generic Drugs to Fulfill President's Promise of Reshoring Essential Medicine Production

By Kenneth Rapoza, Reporter/Columnist for Coalition for a Prosperous America

The Trump administration's Section 232 investigation into pharmaceutical imports is reportedly close to being final. The investigation's success will depend largely on whether or not the Commerce Department determines that there is a crisis in the generics industry - an issue that President Trump highlighted back in 2023. In a video announcement, the President revealed his plan to end pharmaceutical shortages and return the manufacture of life-saving drugs to the United States. "This is not just a public health crisis, it's a national security crisis," President Trump said in the video. [more...]

Democrats Need to Stop Tolerating Political Violence and Hatred

By Greg Rabidoux, Award-Winning Filmmaker, Author & Cultural Commentator

Modern-day Democrats, once the party of peace and love has become the party of hatred, rage, and violence.

Democrat leaders Gavin Newsom (CA), JB Pritzker and Brandon Johnson (IL) Tina Kotek (Oregon), Zohran Mamdani (NYC) - they all say the same thing: the Right are just fascists and Nazis, ICE is the Gestapo, and their cities are just fine. No emergency. Nothing to be alarmed about. Or, as one Democrat Councilwoman said, "Antifa just controls 1-2 blocks at most, it's nothing." And "Tren de Aragua just controlled 1 or 2 apartments in Aurora, CO... no big deal," said ABC's Martha Raddatz. Tolerance leads to acceptance, and, over time, acceptance is no longer just a temporary choice; it is who you become. The Democrats have become what they used to reject. And we are all in more danger because of their choices. [more...]

The FBI's Strange Refusal to Fix Key Crime Stat

By John Lott, Worldwide Expert on Guns & Crime

Three years ago, RealClearInvestigations reported that the FBI was undercounting the number of armed civilians who had thwarted active shooters by a factor of three. Even though the FBI acknowledged the issue at the time, it never corrected the error involving the politically fraught issue. In the years since, the problem has only gotten worse. Since RCI's 2022 article, the FBI has acknowledged just three additional incidents of armed good Samaritans stopping active shooters from 2022 to 2024, and none in the last two years. In contrast, the Crime Prevention Research Center (CPRC), which I head, has documented 78 such cases over that same period – a 26-fold difference. The discrepancy highlights systemic problems in the nation's record-keeping regarding the politically potent issue of crime and safety. [more...]

America's New War Department Under Pete Hegseth is Winning

By Judd Dunning, Talk Show Host, Bestselling Author

When Secretary of War Pete Hegseth strode onto the stage at Quantico last week and declared, "Welcome to the War Department, because the Department of Defense is over," it wasn’t just a bureaucratic name change. It was a stark reminder to the nation that America is not a human resources experiment in quotas and pronoun drills - we are a Republic that survives only because warriors stand ready to defend it. We open-eyed Americans know this: freedom is not only good; it is great. And those who oppose it would gladly destroy everything we have to preserve their lesser alternatives. [more...]

The Mandating of Digital IDs and CBDCs

By James Hirsen, NY Times Bestselling Author, International Business Attorney, News Analyst & Cultural Commentator

As technology continues to deliver information at the tap of a screen, there appears to be increasing pressure from various governmental institutions to design and implement a uniform method of digital identification as well as the utilization of central bank digital currencies (CBDCs). Governmental agencies, financial establishments, business enterprises, and the like often tout these supposed innovations as tools of efficiency and security. However, beneath the virtual veneer lies a frightening reality. [more...]
